  1. Not interchangeable. You need 433mhz which changed from 315mhz in 2019 on the Silverado/Sierra.
  2. Yes a little. Go on an even slab against a brick wall and use mortar joints as a guide. I use my local post office. You'll have to spin the shim around 180° between the bottom leaf and axle to get the correct pinion angle and prevent vibration.
  3. Thanks. Wulf Suspension with zerk fittings. https://wulfsuspensions.com/
  4. I like the look of a 2" rear drop. I added drop shackles on my RST.
  5. I have many friends who say Nitto is garbage. I don't want a set. Too many other good tires out there.
  6. I'm running Michelin Premier LTX 275/50/22. These are the best riding quietest tires I've had and I can assure you they will ride better and quieter than any Nitto Grappler. They balanced out perfect with little weight.
  7. What size tires are we talking about and what truck?
  8. I have wind noise from my front passenger door. Haven't checked it out yet.
  9. Agree FJB lets go Brandon. And I'm with you Shane. I don't care for the bronze bars on the HC. Never did. Looks out of place and clashes. I think the LTZ grille looks better. JMO. They started that in '19.
  10. Yep that's the rate. Why are others paying a ridiculous amount?
  11. I'm always getting emails and mail for $5 a month.
  12. Most get flashed when they level their trucks. They need to be lowered a tad. Very simple to do.
  13. Well bud you don't have to ask or seek my opinion. I stated my opinion. That's the beauty a forum. It's for likes, dislikes and opinions and disagreements. I stated my opinion just like you did. If you don't like or agree with something, it's very easy, move on to another thread. I never brought mine in for this issue as I've kept up with this from a day one post in late 2018. If you don't care what I say quit responding to my posts and move on. It's funny you don't like going round and round. My theory is unsupported? It's supported by all other T1 Bose trucks. Quit being in denial and go try it yourself like I suggested. Or have you already and too afraid to comeback and say, "you know, mine is the same now that it's been brought to my attention" instead of saying "mine is fine and I haven't gotten complaints in my family hauler". The info is relevant as an example for my rebuttal to your asinine statement on telling me maybe I should find another dealer because the dealer will say it's normal. Yes, if my screen keeps going black and the dealer says it's normal then by all means I would go to another dealer. That's where not understanding that these trucks do this. That's just the nature of the beast. Finding another dealer won't remedy the situation. So, tell every T1 Bose owner to find another dealer because the rear audio is low and all trucks on the lot do the same thing . On this issue, I don't care what dealer you bring it to; the end result will be the same. That's my point whether you like it, believe it, wanna hear it or don't wanna hear it. It is what it is. I won't respond back unless you do. I'm good with it brother.
  14. I stated that because the dealer, any dealer or GM will say it's normal even though it's not. Even though all trucks do it or it's a bad design, saying it's normal is so they won't have to change out millions of Bose systems with same results. When they say it's normal, it's there way of saying we have no fix or can't fix it. I.E. majority of the K2's had a vibration. Thousands of posts. I kept up with it and read every post. Some got fixes with balancing, changing driveshaft, differentials or a minor improvement but most didn't get fixed. Why? Because service dept.'s, and GM engineers couldn't figure an exact remedy. Some even got buy backs. It was costing GM millions so guess what? "voila". GM deemed this normal. Now when you brought a shaking truck in it was now considered "normal". GM's way of not having to fork out anymore money because of defective parts etc. That's why I said the dealer will say it's normal even though there's a problem. There's been many problems with trucks the past few years where GM didn't have a fix and those problems became it's normal to service dept.'s as per GM bulletins.
  15. There's no TSB for this. What's bad is Bose doesn't share info or specs. Some have gotten good results changing the rear speakers to Kenwood Exelon or Pioneer speakers. I've been in many T1's with Bose and most don't notice this until it's pointed out and you fade from front to rear and compare. Not sure if it's the ohm's of the rears, the way it's connected or looped, a design flaw or designed this way.
  16. It's all good bud. Just do research before you post telling someone to find a new dealer when you're clueless about the OP.
  17. As per Transient, you need a new dealer. Maybe try his dealer. They made his family hauler speakers louder in the rear.
  18. Running circles lol? You're doing a good job yourself. And dude, it's not about running circles it's about you not knowing what you're talking about. Period. If you start something and can't take the heat get out of the kitchen. Furthermore, do your research before you tell someone to get another dealer especially when you have no idea what you're talking about.
  19. That's what I told him to do. Fade from front to rear with volume up and see the difference regardless if back passengers can hear the total sound system. My rear is much lower and no dealer can remedy that. It's the nature of the beast on the T1 Bose.
  20. And thank you for reiterating my point. The system is designed this way but it doesn't mean the rear audio isn't much lower than the front. OP question. Sure, passengers can hear it just fine but there's enough speakers in the cab that it can be heard. The OP asked about the "rear audio" being low. I said all Bose rear audio speakers are low in the T1. Then you say I need a new dealer? Because my designed rears are low? Really? No one had ever complained in the rear seats of mine either but the rear speakers are substantially lower than the fronts. Why? I'm not sure and I surmise it's designed this way as I stated for acoustics IDK. Bad design? IDK but it Doesn't mean we need new dealers because it's designed this way. This question was raised when the T1 was introduced. Congrats for having the "only" Silverado in the country with loud rear Bose speakers .
  21. Then why do I need to find a new dealer? I never brought it in. I have a Bose and it's loud and sounds good but, the rear audio is low. It's the same with all Bose 2019 up Silverado/Sierra. Sure, sitting in tbe front seat it's loud but turn it up loud and go listen to the rear door speakers. In fact, turn up the volume, then turn your fader to rear only. You'll see what we're talking about. Don't assume rear audio is not low just because "it's loud" with you sitting in the front seat.
  22. Not my service dept. I read thousands of posts here and every time someone has a problem with whatever, the dealer is quick to say "that's normal". Apparently you misread me. Again, if someone brings a truck in for anything that shouldn't be, they'll say it's normal. Just like the shaking Silverado's. Normal??? Yea right. When they say something is normal, just tell them, ok if it's normal, lets go try 10 trucks on the lot and if all 10 do it then it's normal. As for this issue, every '19 up Bose that I've been in has low rear audio. There's nothing any service dept. can do to fix it. It's in the design. Read the many posts and topics on this issue. It is what it is.
  23. As with anything else, GM and dealership will say "it's normal".
  24. Common. I have a '19 RST with Bose and the rear audio is low.
