  1. So you had to loosen the bed bolts didn't you? I tried doing the same thing as you before but got lazy and haven't messed with it since lol
  2. Don't have to take off the plastic corner step if you just have a sticky back LED light and just drill a hole through the corner and run the wires out like Mike did
  3. No the manuals are still detuned compared to the 68RFE and then there is even another power bump for the Aisin upgrade. What Ram needs to do is bite the bullet and keep the Aisin standard and get rid of the trash 68RFE
  4. Looking at an 04 LB7 Dmax crew cab as a new play truck. Shouldn't have gotten rid of my 02, time to upgrade the play truck I guess lol
  5. Just a local junkyard. I think I paid 75 a piece for them, but this is northern VA so they rape you on everything. Should be able to pay around 50 a piece elsewhere. Just look for the donor truck to have low miles and the same codes on them (there should be a little tag towards the rear of the bars)
  6. On my 02 the torsion bars were actually twisted, had to get new ones. Check yours when you break em free
  7. You can crank the stock keys and get almost 2", if you exceed that you're asking for premature suspension wear. Never made my 02 ride bad though, but they also weren't cranked to the limit
  8. Everything is bigger in Texas, even your problems lol (I didn't mean you personally, I meant you as in everyone in Texas lol)
  9. Daryl if you need the unloading tool I'll ship it to you if you want just PM me
  10. They ain't hard, I have an unloading tool for that. Cost $50 through Rough Country
  11. I went from the stock Goodyear Eagle LS2 to BFGOODRICH All Terrain KO2 tires (went up a size) and it eliminated my vibration, also improved my ride
  12. Dealership probably set it back to 32 psi when they had it
  13. I believe they should also include the body style and bed size of the truck. I moved the other topic but saw you recreated it so I deleted it. I'm also going to pin it to the top
  14. I put a good paint chip in my tailgate from where it sat on my trailer jack. Good thing it needs to go into the body shop to repair some damage from where I hit two deer lol
  15. I got lucky, mine was tire related
  16. Use a 10mm ratchet wrench with a flex head, easiest thing I found to use
  17. I ran a tractor up and down the main road the first day then hit neighborhoods the next day. Had to return to work Monday This was in a New Holland T6030 Then a selfie with the John Deere cause my lady wanted to see what I was driving lol Guess we didn't get a good pic of all the equipment, oh well
  18. Over 50k on an all terrain is really good, all my tires I've ever had lasted me a max of 40k. I also don't buy road tires or else I'd get 80k like my dad does with his Michelin LTX MS/2's
  19. Hmm that's odd I've always had good luck with the Wagner thermoquiets. On my 02 I had the green stuff ebc pads matched with the dimpled and slotted rotors on all 4 corners. Granted I did a huge brake overhaul that weekend on it (hydroboost unit, braided stainless hoses, larger calipers up front, dual piston rears). The green stuff pads did okay but were dusty and dirty as hell. When it came time for pads on it I went with the thermo quiets and the dust was practically eliminated and I personally believe they stopped better. On this truck I'm going to be doing some upgraded front brakes when the time comes, the rear I already replaced bc I thought that they were the cause of some type of "push/ pull" shake in the truck while braking. Well, they weren't lol
  20. What mileage did you get yours at? Mine were just shy of 39k, I've put 2500+ on it since I've gotten them
  21. Been 3 months since I've updated, mainly because I don't have time or money like I used to with my other truck lol Got new tires installed about 3 weeks ago, went with the BFGOODRICH All Terrain KO2 in a LT275/60R20, so a 33" tire. They have been great so far, very good street manners, a beautiful very quiet hum while on the highway. They are amazing in snow, hook like no tire I've had before. The truck is squatting because of the trailer not pictured, but this was the day after I got them Best part about these new tires, MY VIBRATIONS ARE GONE!! YAY!! Now I'm willing to sink more money into this thing haha. Returned the Diablosport tuner I received back in November. Kept screwing with re issuing the VIN to my truck so it wouldn't start. After the third time I said enough with this and sent it back. Got a toolbox today as well. Needed it because my backseat was a mess and now I can actually seat passengers! Few pics of it. I had the option to get a deeper toolbox but I like that I can slide stuff under this box and still have some type of space up front and I also could have gone with a shallow mount box but all the pics online portrayed the new k2 trucks looking better with a taller box, IMO. Looks a little goofy with it being a short bed truck but because it's aluminum finish it offsets from the truck and looks really good IMO Been so busy at work and with the blizzard a few weeks back I haven't had time to clean the darn thing in over a month, poor truck getting abused. I still need to take it in to the body shop from when I hit those deer back in October. Once I get it back from there I think I'll go ahead and put some time into detailing it
  22. I guess I'm the 1% lol
  23. Did you install a wireless charging pad on the center console lid?
  24. I always run NGK personally. No Bosch though, too many issues I've had with them on truck parts. Make good drills, not so much for vehicle parts in my experience lol
  25. Lol this is gonna get good
