  1. What are the specs? Tire size, rim offset, and lift Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. That’s one way to clean the interior and carpet. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Did you get the CST’s in and on yet? So if you would like Fox, Sway-sways, or Kings all they have to do to accommodate your lift is put an extended shock eyelet shaft on. See the below picture. If I do decide to do a 4 inch lift. I’ll just order the correct length eyelet shaft and install it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Did you ever get pricing on this modification? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Well the third day of driving on the Accutune Fox shocks and they are great. I no longer have jarring over the joints in the road or bridge expansion joints. I’m not slowing down for the normal dips on my route into work. Both sides have settled at 40 1/4 inches. The rear end is more predictable and behaved. I will continue to update as they break in. 6. I’m glad I don’t have to deal with that type of climate here in Texas. Y’all guys trucks have it rough up there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Removed the not as advertised Icons and installed my Accutune Fox shocks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Accutune Fox 2.5 DSC Coilover specifications: Shock travel: 5.4 inches Spring Rate: 700 lbs Initial impression: Ride quality is much better than the Icons. I actually have the lift from the shocks that I should and my 34.25 inch tall Toyo open country AT2 275/65/R20 tires no longer rub. I have the the DSC set at the lowest setting and the valving in the shock seem to be spot on. Fender well measurements: Driver side: 40 3/8 inches Passenger: 40 1/2 inches 1/8 of an inch difference I could of fully adjusted the Chevy lean out. I still have plenty of room for adjustment on both coils. I’m going to see where they settle at by the end of the week and adjust from there. I’ve had the Dirt King Upper control arms on for a year now. They are still solid. I lube the uniball once a month with Triflow super lubricant, and spray the upper control arm bushings with lithium grease. The grease keeps the polyurethane bushings from squeaking. Installation of the Fox 2.5 DSC Coilovers. I removed the tires and loosened disconnected the sway bar end links. Then unbolted the upper control arm uniball from the knuckle/spindle. Next unbolted the two lower control arm coilover mount bolts. After that the upper coilover bolts. Removed the garbage icon coilovers. - [ ] Now this part was a little interesting. The lower coilover mount adapters are offset to allow clearance for he cv shaft. The coilovers lower mount was not clocked correctly. So I bolted the coilovers in using the three upper mounting bolts. Then I grabbed my BFW a 16 inch crescent wrapped a cloth around the bottom Shock eyelet shaft and clicked them. Now here is the important information here the big nut on the lower mount adapter has to be facing the rear to offset the shock towards the front. This will allow the clearance needed for the cv shaft. After correcting the lower mount alignment issue I installed the lower bolts with blue Loctite and torqued them to 50 ft/lbs. the upper bolts received blue Loctite and 36 ft/lbs of torque as did the sway bar end links and uniball nut and bolt. I’ll update further when I’ve had more time with them so far a 100 miles and they’re great. Old Icon Junk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Got one of these on today. I won’t be able to put the other one on until Sunday. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Any rubbing! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. I was looking at going down to 18’s or 17’s. I have enough meat on my 20’s that I have not had an issue off-road. The Toyos are 34 inches tall. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. How do you like those ultra rims, and what size are they? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Thank you for the update what dealer. I'm in Houston and have the same radio speaker crackling. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. This is my new favorite truck from all the forums. What are the lift and tire details? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. If you're in the Houston area I would recommend Montalbano off of Houston Ave and Dart street. They beat anyone's online price. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Got the driver side on, but my back said it was done. Anyone in Cypress want to help with the other side. Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. They would look good on the truck, but I personally liked the second ones more. I am just a guy in the web behind a keyboard. Lol. The third one probably is a little more timeless design. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. Yes the second set. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. I think these look really nice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. I would recommend acetone over brake cleaner. Just my two cents. Its designed to remove wax and grease. Also if you have a heat gun you can heat the adhesive up and apply them. The tire guys do it to wheel weights all the time. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I changed my cigarette lighter to R.A.P. (Retained Accessory Power). Using the move the fuse in the panel mod. Lol. This way my radar detector turns on and off with the truck; until I can install the hard wired power cord. I also received these yesterday. Took 3 months I'll be installing them Wednesday or Thursday. They do have some nicks in them but they were packaged really well so I'm guessing it happened at Icon when they were assembling them. 24. Have they came out with 5100's for the new Colorados? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  25. I vote the sides of the cover. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
