  1. Hey All, Was driving back home tonight from the in-laws, about a 100miles highway drive through some mountains, and noticed the boost was high while going up hill. Now I’m only using a Bluetooth obd with Torque Pro for reading. Usually going up hills it doesn’t go over the low 20’s psi but this time I saw it reach in the 60’s. Any uphills would automatically read in the 40’s and going downhill still stayed up at around 12psi. Stopped as soon as I could get off the highway. Turned off truck and restarted and everything was back to normal. No cel and pressure was back to normal. Anything that anyone had experience here? If I wouldn’t have had the app running, I doubt I would have noticed anything as the truck was on cruise control and running normally.
  2. Hi everyone, 2015 Sierra 1500 with 5.3 and 6 spd. with 130k km(81kmiles). Transmission has been smooth all its life. Did the usual this morning by starting it and let it heat up around 5 mins before heading out. Truck did not want to shift passed second gear for a good 4-5 miles. After that back to normal. Anyone ever experience this?
  3. Apparently water got in the brake module. It's a part they have to order from the U.S. so truck is down for a week.
  4. Took a video of what mine does. Taking it to dealer tomorrow as they are closed today. Curious to know what has been causing all those warnings.
  5. Hey guys. Just starting with this trouble with my Sierra. Bought it new last year and only have 17,000km on it. Called GM Canada and they investigated and called back. At this point I'm being told to not do anything to it and dealer will not touch it until they find a permanent fix. So they are looking into a permanent fix but no time line yet. This will blow if I have to expose my frame to road salt before I can do anything to it without cancelling chances of getting the fix from GM.
  6. There's a bulletin out for the paint peeling. Had same problem on my 2014 bronze metallic and they fixed it. See thread: http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/173537-and-yet-another-truck-with-paint-problems/ The dealer always gave me good service that's what keeps me going there. I'm more loyal to the dealer than the brand they sell. When I lived in another town I actually owned a Ram for awhile because the service I was getting at that local GM dealer.
  7. Will try to remember to take a picture of the truck cleaned once I get back home next week. Give you a better idea on how they look. Edit: To answer your question. when they do get dirty I just use a cheap brush they sell at the dollar store to clean the house dip it in the bucket and brush it clean. Then tire dressing.
  8. Set of KO2 installed about a month ago. Not as loud as the KO's I have on my work truck. This is 275-65-18 with a 2.5" front 1" rear RC kit.
  9. High beams were good on mine but low were not. All got fixed up when I installed a 2.5" leveling/lift kit.
