  1. Yeah, my '15 6.0 did this... Tune will clean it up. It doesn't do it all the time now.
  2. Has anyone Tried the Putco Silver lux?http://www.putco.com/products.cfm?action=ProductView&Product=605C7E19-E1DB-1D81-E03D-E8BC3DE26C29&Category=265206B2-AA7D-3526-3FBE-9867DB134C5F&bulbtypeid=55C7310C-22D5-42EA-A309-3B5C1F53E52B
  3. Mine does it too... 45k miles bars turned up... Haven't found the culprit yet.. Been doing it for 10k miles
  4. Programmer won't do much.. Do a custom tune. Try to find a good local tuner. These 6.0s drive so much better with a mild tune. The towing is excellent as well.
  5. Finished product:)
  6. Still haven't mounted tires... I found this on one of the tires.. Should I be concerned?
  7. To answer my question.. It appears the side lugs with siping will eventually wear off.. But the sipes in the lugs will stay with lifetime of lug.
  8. Picked up Exo Grapplers today... Have not mounted yet.. They look great in person.. My only concern is... The sipping looks to utilize only half the lug.. The sips don't appear to use the whole lug only half? So as the tire wears the sipping is gone... Hopefully I'm wrong.
  9. Went with the 275/70/18 exo... Really wanted to try the 285/70/18 but quite a be more money. Overall 275 size is perfect how I use the truck.. Wanted to keep a lil fuel economy too
  10. Just ordered a set of EXO Grapplers
  11. He said they'll last more than 10k miles... But you'll lose wet/snow performance because he claimed you'll start losing the sips. On the Falken at/3
  12. Excellent feedback y'all. Thanks for the PICS!!! I'm still torn between EXO VS. Ridge Grappler... Leaning towards EXO!
  13. pics PLEASE!
  14. My local Discount Tire told me the Falkens are great until after 10,000 miles.. Then it looses its siping and traction.. Is this true? The Falken is a great looking tire
  15. Nice. Looking for a great all weather tire.. Snow, rain, dry and off road traction with decent wear life.
  16. Anyone running these tires? Pros/Cons Thinking about them for my HD.
  17. Don't waste your money on a programmer "box tune" for a gas truck... YES, They do help diesels... Custom tune helped out my 6.0 power and shifting performance big time.. Similar mileage because i'm always in the gas. Yet to cruise on the highway with it.
  18. I get 8-12 in mixed driving in town.. Over half the time pulling 8,000 pounds..
  19. Looks awesome! Whats the kit cost? $2K?
  20. Just got back from my in person tune with CZIPAR Performance with the 6.0. So far it's GREAT! Did a mild, tow tune, nothing crazy. The shifting is excellent now. No more lagging or gear hunting. It keeps momentum up with very little effort from gas pedal now. It drops a gear when it needs to, very smooth and crisp. Going to test it with 8,000 load tomorrow. I can't say i feel more power.. Just the power is delivered much better to use the POWER! Very happy so far! GET YOUR truck Custom TUNED! CZIPAR PERFORMANCE Running 87/89 $380 For in person tune.
  21. I've got a question? Getting my truck custom tuned tomorrow from a local reputable tuner. I do have some powertrain warranty left. The tune will stay on the truck when I take it to the dealer.. Will the dealer know right off the bat i tuned it once they hook up the global GM scan deal? Or do they have to go searching for it, if there's an issue? My Service manager seems fine with the tune.. Just want to try to stay under the radar for a while THANKS!
