  1. There isn't much of a kit. You just need 12 bolts the right size. But I can't remember the right size. Go to n-fabs website and see what size bolts they send with there kits.
  2. Well mine worked at first as long as it was connected to a wifi other than my truck. I called onstar and an over the air update was performed and all started working like it's supposed to, as far as I know.
  3. A friend of mine works at U of M (Michigan). They are working on a lot of things, including autonomous driving vehicles. They have autonomous shuttles on campus in the summer and has been working great. They have been working on that science for years, but there is one major snag that has yet to be overcome, and that is snow. Apparently the current radar/sonar or whatever science can not distinguish between snow and an actual object yet.
  4. I like them but they are pricey. And I would imagine the rough texture grips well but would have to be power washed clean, don't think they would wipe off well.
  5. The official reason from GM for the flapper is to increase back pressure to increase fuel mileage when in 4 cyl (14-18) or less than 8 cylinder mode. Not saying anyone has to believe it, just sayin'.
  6. 2021 RST, only 1 in front of the muffler.
  7. Sounds awesome. Glad you made it out of this shitty journey.
  8. Where did you see they axed the 5.0? It's still shows available on the Ford website. I really hope they didn't...
  9. Lol. I know. And I think it would look even better with the newly added steps.
  10. I’m gonna have to tint those mirror lights. I’ve never used them and don’t remember ever missing the on past vehicles, they don’t come on in Drive so I think I’m gonna put some fairly dark clear tint.
  11. Agreed. I just was just too indecisive. I was gonna install them at home, but finally decided to bring the steps to work and put them on. Took longer to unwrap them from the bubble wrap than to install them with some help and a lift.
  12. I have two pics from the rear angle but can’t seem to load them.
  13. They are 10.5” from the very bottom of the step.
  14. Finally installed n-fab step bars/tubes. Pic is above.
  15. Well it's not my truck, and it's a 5.3. We replaced the bad valve spring since it's a 5.3 and the guy was on his way in less than a day.
  16. Not trying to be a Pulsar salesman, but I would ask anyone having problems with the device to remove it and put dialectic grease in the prongs of the connector. The stock connector is a poor design and has a rating of being plugged/unplugged five times. I've seen stock trucks come in with odd random electrical issue, like stalling, no start.... and it ends up being in the connector/prongs in the connector that the pulsar plugs into. So it is delicate and combine that with being torqued on trying to get it apart to install it, it may develop an issue a connection issue. I watched the video about 3 times and the install went super smooth, and it hasn't come off, fearing any issues.
  17. Not my truck. But a truck came in today, with the typical broken valve spring issues. It was a 5.3, but was built in November, which is outside the special policy valve spring breaking bulletin.
  18. I'd like to see if it works myself. I had a 1.5" bottom spacer, it pushed the bottom of the shock against the cv boot. So I went with a 1.5 top mount spacer.
  19. How close to ambient is that? I did a little testing of the IAT's. How well the stock intake works - 2019/2020 Engine, Driveline, & Exhaust - GM-Trucks.com (gm-trucks.com)
  20. I’ll pay shipping to 43560
  21. Agreed on the 93-97 vs 98-02 Camaros. The 93-07 had a neat mean look, the 98-02s kinda looked "blind" with those headlights. Think the same about the Firebirds and 98-02s looked really bad.
  22. Best or favorite? Not gonna do best because it would be another source of online arguments.... But my favorite well, that would be based on the most fun to drive or had fun in. My first car was a 69 Dart with a 318 and some stuff done and it ran pretty good relatively speaking for the mid '80s, had a lot of fun in that. My 94 Caprice, loaded with leather, light blue with an LT1, 3.73 gears, headers, cat deleted, intake, 1.6 rockers...ran real good for the mid late 90's, a real sleeper. Then my 07 TBSS, with just my homemade intake, and tune, ud pulley, t-stat ran 13.08, not as much of a sleeper, but it surprised a lot of people. All I had alot of fun in.
