  1. I have a dashawk scan tool, etc that can read sensors including intake air temperature. I was surprised that the stock intake that sucks air so close to the radiator is very efficient in keeping intake air very close to ambient air temp. https://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/244444-how-well-the-stock-intake-works/#comments
  2. You could try intakehoses.com. https://www.intakehoses.com I’m sure you could put something together from there.
  3. I've heard the '22 trucks get the new nightmare ish electronics the 21 Tahoes have. I'd be leery of that for a bit.
  4. 1-800-222-1020 is Chevrolet customer assistance.
  5. I went with this one. Works well so far. Great price. https://gatorcovers.com/p/gator-srx-roll-up-tonneau-cover/gtr-137063/?kpid=bi_cmp-44373123_adg-5404152743_ad-14167373882_pla-4580634168370415_dev-c_ext-_prd-15576-chevy-silverado-1500&utm_id=bi_cmp-44373123_adg-5404152743_ad-14167373882_pla-4580634168370415_dev-c_ext-_prd-15576-chevy-silverado-1500&utm_medium=cpc&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=bing&utm_source=bing&utm_campaign=Tonneau Covers - Shopping&utm_campaign=Tonneau Covers - Shopping&msclkid=ad081570aea4135826994ae73deb11b5&utm_term=4580634168370415&utm_content=Product Line
  6. When I first got my ‘21, park assist would be off or turn off about half the time. It would shut off when driving. I was also having the WiFi issue also. I was more worried about getting WiFi taken care of. As time went on, the park assist started shutting off less and less. It’s been a while since it has been off.
  7. They are cool. If I had that much money I would maybe consider one...maybe, it is cool though....
  8. For starters the dealership should run the repair on the “dealership empowerment calculator”. That will spit out a percentage of what GM will pay for the repair. If that amount doesn’t seem fair, then the service manager has to go to bat for you and talk to the District Service Manager and convince him/her GM should pay a “fair” amount.
  9. I also agree that theses RST lights are not bright enough. Not sure what anybody was driving before they got one of these new trucks that say they are bright. My 18 LTZ lights were A LOT brighter.
  10. I think for $70,000 plus the price of a newer Tahoe one could get a good shaped old one do some work on it and put a modernish LS powertrain in it.
  11. I would stock pile gas cars, but the gas to power them may be too expensive by then. Another example of industry dictating what we want.
  12. Ford asks dealers to loan new F-150s to Texans to power homes amid historic cold (fox2detroit.com) Apparently the onboard generator in certain F-150s can power a house. Ford is apparently reimbursing dealers to get the trucks to houses with no power.....
  13. I started with a 1.5" lower mounted spacer and it pushed the shock into the cv boot, so Then went with a 1.5" upper spacer. Now it sits at approx 39.25 at the top of wheel opening on all fours, but still seems to look a little low in the front. I'm thinking I should have went with 2". The ride has not changed. After some internal turmoil I ordered a .5" lower spacer. Hoping that little of spacer won't push shock into cv boot. Why bother with a .5" spacer??? Not sure but I did.
  14. https://www.diablosport.com/shop/pulsar-lt-control-module.html That’s the link, I ordered it from Diablo. Unfortunately it’s now showing temporarily unavailable. It’s not the Range device.
  15. Ok, good luck. Hope you can track it down and fix it.
  16. How is the tread on the tire on the right rear? Is it cupped? Is the tread worn evenly? Not necessarily worn on one side or another, but is it smooth across the tread or feel kinda “jagged” if you rub your hand across the tread? Point being, poor tread wear can cause road noise. Maybe rotate the tires front to back and see if you notice a difference where the noise is coming from.
  17. Have you tried folding the mirrors in just to see if it goes away?
  18. It’s a common problem in Malibu’s, Blazers and Traverse’s also.
  19. Have you tried to catch it? I keep telling myself one day I'm gonna run Waze or a gps and compare distance traveled between the truck and gps. But then I think what if it is intermittent and I don't catch it.....
  20. Most powerful outboard? Mercury's 600hp V12 monster - Motor Boat & Yachting (mby.com) Mercury Marine Independent steering gear case--motor above water line never moves. 2 speed transmision 1250 pounds wow
  21. I can't see it.---Well I just tried to join the group. Waiting for approval. It doesn't surprise me. I swear my 18 and now my 21 clock too many miles. I just haven't tried hard to "catch" it.
  22. When I was at the track and ran a 13.61-yes, I just had to throw that in there-, there was a guy with a ‘20 5.3 8 speed double cab LT 4wd that ran a 14.7. It was stock also.
  23. So some people are too lazy to press either one of the front door buttons to unlock all the doors....?
  24. I have one installed on my truck. Pretty easy to install and adjust/change.
