  1. I had this is issue when my lift was installed a few years ago. They didn't mark the the front driveshaft position when it was removed and reinstalled it clocked wrong. I unbolted it and rotated the front yoke and bolted bake up , problem solved .
  2. I asked Black Bear about this , my 2015 is on the list for the update. BBP told me to load the stock file , after receipt of the software update then record a read file , send it in to BBP and they add the update to my custom tune.

  5. My 2015 5.3 at 80K miles Lowest I see on mine is 30 Hot. I do run a 5w30 but when I switched there wasnt much of a difference in pressure , 2psi. Have a buddy with 2018 , 6.2 8spd His drops between 15 and 20 when hot .

  13. Replaced my lower ball joints Driver side axle shaft outboard bearings and seal. Fyi , the ballpoint press tool at O-Reilly doesn't work if ya have the aluminum control arms
  14. Did you have any codes pop up after the cat removal? No ,no codes , there isn't any sensors on the third cat. I had mine cut right before it y's together removed it and ran 2 1/2 duel all the way out back.
  15. I removed the 3rd cat on mine , definitely a deeper tone
  16. Might use a scanner and see what codes come up. 4 wheel drive system over heat I would think... would have to be the transfer case oil temp ??? I am not aware of a temp sensor in the T case.... but ... hmmm this is a new one....
  17. I must say... Very nice bro! Might I ask how the lower bjs are holding up? I been eyeing that brand in particular for lowers in the future. Thanks... I found about a week ago my lower ball joints are fried... the uppers are good.... I suppose it's time for them to start getting lose... 74,000 miles , lifted heavy tires ..... Truck drives a straight line ... but between my last tire rotations notice some tire wear. Went in for alignment check and found lower BJ on both sides were worn. Prolly will be replacing them next week. I'm waiting for my driver side output shaft to come in.... hopefully next week. ... I had been hearing a growl from the front diff.. turns out it is the out put shaft bearing... I got the bearing and seal... just waiting on gm for the shaft.... Luckily I found it at same time as the ball joints since I can do it all at once ....
  18. That's correct , that's the assembly on my garage floor
  19. The bump stop on these are fairly soft. I had found the same issue and decided the set up just didnt have enough travel for me . So I fixed it . The bump stop is to help slowdown the shock on hard its. Cutting it down wont help the ride , it will just increase the chances of damaging the shock on hard hits.
