  1. Thanks, I'll run them without calibration and see if I get used to it. Not worth the effort if only off a little.
  2. I'm considering moving to LT275/70R18 on my AT4 (not AT4X). This is about an inch taller than the stock 275/65R18 on AT4. From what I've read, they will fit with no rubbing on a stock AT4. 275/70 is the stock size on the AT4X. Does anyone know if the dealer can recalibrate an AT4 to use the AT4X size 275/70 tires? I like the 33" size but don't want the speedo to be off. Thanks
  3. Another difference I've noticed now after some miles on my 22 refresh AT4 3.0 is the DPF regen cycle. My previous 2020 AT4 diesel had very noticeable regens - I could tell when it was in regen cycle by high idle and a change in exhaust tone when driving. I have yet to tell when the 22 has done a regen. I'm near 2000 miles and I'm sure it has done a couple but I have not heard any change in exhaust or noticed any high idle. I expected to smell the first regen as it burns off any manufacturing oils and coatings, but have noticed nothing. Maybe it hasn't done one yet but that seems unlikely - my 2020 would do one every 500 miles or so. It seems like something has changed in regen cycle programming.
  4. Looks good! I'm thinking about doing the same. How do you like the Ridge Grapplers? How is the road noise? That's my biggest complaint with the Duratracs. Tire calculator says 285/70 is 5% taller - right at 33.7 inch tire. Speedo would be off 5%. Probably would not work with factory spare tire.
  5. I'm thinking the same thing. I've only had LT range E tires on my 3/4 and 1-ton trucks, never on a half ton. For my use, a good P tire is better suited than an LT on my 1500. The Duratracs are load range C and I can get more load capacity in some P series tires. I'm looking at Ridge Grapplers in factory size P275/65R18, not the LT version. The P is lighter, better MPG, rides better, and less expensive than the LT without giving up load capacity compared to the factory tires.
  6. Looks like a good overall update with the new LZ0. After watching that video, I don't see much reason to not upgrade at some point. I love my LM2 but wouldn't hesitate to upgrade to the LZ0.
  7. It is the Wrangler Duratrac MT tire that comes standard on AT4 and TB that people complain about. The Duratrac looks good and performs well, but is noisy and people say they wear quickly.
  8. Looks good! Any rubbing with the 295/70r18s? Full lock ok? Looks really close to the back of the front wheel well.
  9. Looks good! I am thinking of going this route. Do you think the size difference is too much to use the stock spare tire, if needed?
  10. I'm guessing we will see 300hp and 500ft-lbs torque from the new LZ0 3.0. Also thinking it may come with cylinder deactivation for some improved MPG. Hopefully we get some firm specs soon, maybe in August. What do you think we will see from the updated LZ0?
  11. Turns out my ventilated seats do work, even though the window sticker says they are not installed. Now I only need the park assist chip!
  12. To make it more confusing, the 20 inch option on AT4 now comes with Territory MT tires as standard. You can option a 20 inch AT tire, but the standard 20 inch has a MT now too. Honestly I don't care about the sport mode. I used it once on my 20 AT4 just to see what it did. As far as I could tell it altered shift points and that was about it. Maybe on a 6.2 RST it might make more sense, but the diesel AT4 seemed kinda pointless.
  13. I see the Falken Wildpeak AT3W have really good reviews. I'm looking at those or the Cooper Discoverer AT, which also are highly rated. I've never had either brand and always thought they were cheap tires, but maybe not!
  14. That's strange! My sticker says no ventilated seats - the buttons light up like they are working but they are not (at least I'm pretty sure they are not).
  15. MSRP only in my area. My local dealers won't accept GM supplier pricing (they are not required to). GM has been offering 0% for 36 months on Sierra 1500 but I expect that will change with rates rising.
