    @Madcow2020 Maybe I'm stupid and/or overthinking this, but my DSCs don't have "clicks" on the low speed gold knob. They just turn smoothly each direction. Also, is more damping or less damping conducive to a softer ride? I had the blue high speed knobs all the way at lowest setting and felt they rode stiffer than I'd like. I just turned them up to 6 clicks but won't be able to test drive until tomorrow to see what happened.

    So, is it safe to send my cluster back to you now for this workaround? You don't need the park assist module too then, right? My truck is a 2017 and I believe I was the first one to experience this issue. You and I traded emails for several days but life got busy and I never send it back to you. Ready now if you are!

    Put a plug in my tire to get me to the tire shop for a proper internal patch tomorrow ??? How the hell a 2" long screw can stand straight up on the road to harpoon my tire is beyond me.

    What specific problem are you having? I installed the Denali cluster also and now my rear park assist graphic/icon does not show up on the cluster when in reverse. The camera comes on and the beeps work, just nothing on the cluster display. Is this what yours is doing? WAMS wants me to ship the cluster and park assist module back to him to check/program. I'm not sure it's worth the hassle. He said he'd never seen the issue before, but it sounds like maybe you have it too?

    Did it eliminate the noise? Was there any noticeable defect of the boot when you removed it?

    Damn! I need to go ahead and do this then! It's the one thing about my truck that annoys the hell out of me! Dealer said he couldn't hear it of course. It is a very faint fluttering sound only heard on acceleration - sounds like a slight exhaust leak.

    Yep! I'm in Louisiana so 37 is COLD! Come to think of it, I don't think it's ever dropped below zero here. Only place hotter/muggier than we are is south Florida! It's mid-60s here right now up from mid-30s just a day ago.
