Have the front Bilstein’s on the lowest setting since the level is giving the front end the 2”. Not one single issue. They ride great no comparison to the junk Rancho’s. Do it you won’t regret it. .

I think that is legit. My wife candidly did not notice a ton of difference but I drive my truck more and definitely felt more dampening and it just rides quieter on bumps and the feel I get in the steering wheel. I have a AT with the Z71 so it's already a firm suspension but I think your take is more than a fair description. I don't expect my truck to ride like a Denali cause it's not.

Well folks I have had a build up of anticipation in reading these threads about the Bilstein's. I will only say they have so far exceeded expectations. The dampening is just so much better than the Rancho's, much less bounce in every setting I drove in today. They do seem to keep the truck much more stable when taking on the road. I was only able to hit some thoroughfares up to 55 or so and drive the bumpy busy streets that I travel and it was night and day. Cannot wait to get them off road and see how they feel in that scenario as well. Putting the Ranchos on CL tomorrow. Maybe I can get someone to buy them. Bottom line..... money well spent. Just do it, don't wait. 4W

Mine are getting installed today. Can't wait to pick it up and drive it.

Seems low, it will need to be aligned and honestly, there is not a dude at the Kwik Car i have gone to that I would trust doing that install.

I got my 5100's in this week and can't wait to get them on. Putting that rears on myself next day or so and to my mechanic for the fronts. They are cool looking right out of the box. And again, always install the rears with the Bilstein logo right side up, regardless of boot down or up. Called them myself this week to confirm that. 4W

I’d stick it in tow mode and see if it shifts smoother. The gearing in tow mode seems to be better and more sporty IMO.
