The $1500 rebate from GM should be for getting a competitive rate for the duration of the loan. At least that's the way GM markets the rebate. The fact that dealerships mark up that rate and lie about the whole thing is shady as sh!t. When a customer gets a 7.29% rate with a 800+ credit score and can walk into their credit union the next day and quality for 2.49%, it's a no brainier people hate dealerships, the car buying process, and anyone who tries to defend it or gaslight us about our experience. Someone please end this thread.

After the free three mos, I called and said $150/yr is too much for remote start, cancel it all. They offered $99/yr and I paid it. With it being 100* in FL for the last two months, it is very much worth it. On another note, have any of you parked the truck, left it running, but locked it and took the fob with you into a convenience store or quick 10mins away from the truck to keep it running vs turn off and then remote start? I did this Saturday running into the pet food store. I'm thinking from a theft perspective, doing the remote start would prevent someone from taking the truck. Or would they still be able to step on the brake and go without the fob?

Pixel 3XL and 19LTZ here. Use AA 100% of the time. Have had the truck since March and got 4k miles. Have not had any of those issues OP.

Shouldn't make a difference. It's a refi classification. My credit union classified mine as a refi since they weren't used at point of purchase. Still got 2.49%

I got a refund check as well. It was about $40.

Mine does it on cold start, but it isn't a squeak, it's more like a hum.

Happened today, now it's four times appeared. But today it happened when pressing the air to the feet direction button.

Yesterday it popped up on me when selecting recirculate. Third time this message has appeared. I go back and forth between auto and recirculate every day. But yesterday it triggered the off message.

I have the same cold start 1-2 shift hesitation and lunge. I do the same coast method as zzrsouth. Once in 2nd, can't stop, accelerate and reproduce. It doesn't happen again until the next morning. So it does feel like the clutch fill as shamrockshooter explains.

There doesn't seem to be a large sample size of this issue like the window leak thread. Has anyone determined if the oil line issue is restricted to a certain build month?

They are idiots if they think a power tap would cause this issue. My truck is stock and doing this. I'm sure the folks at Chevy corp think that service dept are idiots too.
