I love my 2019 black AT4. The thing I love most, 39k miles and zero issues. And surprisingly good gas mileage for a 6.2.

I can tell you since the dealerships usually make money on these, they are negotiable in terms of price. For example, with my current 2019 AT4 I was not going to buy it, but they were pushing it. My original interest rate was 2.3 or 2.4, I forget exactly, but I asked them to lower the interest to cover the cost of the warranty which I have seen them do before. End result is I have a 125,000 mile highest end warranty with zero deductable at my dealership and $100 deductable anywhere else and the net cost was $1/month x 48 months. Don't be restrained at negotiating the warranty is all I'm saying. The final interest rate was 1. Something, so it almost completely covered the warranty. Good luck and enjoy your truck! I have owned 3 new Lexus and now own a 2019 AT4. The AT4 has way more tech then the Lexus. In fact the Lexus I have seen, even the 100k ones are about a decade behind in tech imho. While I’m thinking about it, they were also more rattly. Not knocking them just stating facts about mine. 2 ES350s and 1 RC350.

I do not have a cover but was wondering the same thing, if it would improve a little. Logically it should. I do not remember mine being worse in the beginning though. It just seems to have always gotten this. I do not tend to go over 70-73 max though on the highway. Every truck is a little different but I would expect you to be doing a little better. Btw. My 19 AT4, 6.2 with the factory lift and factory tires gets 16-18 in mixed driving and 18-21 on the highway. I was surprised how good it is. My 17 Ford 5 L never got higher then 16-17. I do wish I had my 34. Gal tank from the Ford in this Truck though.
