  6. Thank you very much. I've done so many esthetic mods and changed my center arm rest piece out on my truck so far in the little over 3 weeks I've owned it. I never knew this terminology/codes. Plan to do some mechanical upgrades and knew I would benefit by knowing these things. Thanks again. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  7. This is my first GM vehicle since I got rid of my 1997 Chevy Single Cab with Vortex V6 in 2001. What doe T1, K2, and C1 terminology mean? Me now owning a 2019 Custom Trail Boss I gather I own a T1 but I feel dumb because I just don't know what that means. And also because I have the 5.3 Active Cylinder Deactivation is that considered an 87L or something like that? I read people referring to numbers like that but again don't know what it mean. Sorry for my ignorance. I guess I was in the RAM scene to long. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks man! I sanded them good with 120 then 400 grit sp. Time will tell. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk

  10. I have no experience in the matter. That being said, I would think from what your describing there is stress on everything which equates to less service life. How much less is hard to say. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  11. I was able to get my 3/8" air ratchet up in the bumper and that did the trick. Would be better to have a 1/4" battery ratchet, something smaller but that's what I had and it worked out. 3 bolts hold them in. The nuts are the captive clips. That are clipped to the exhaust tips themselves. It wasn't easy but not impossible. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
  12. Not that it seems anyone cares but I was able to get my exhaust tips removed and painted today. I also Plasti Dip my Z71 fender emblems and grille emblem. Sent from my SM-G975U using Tapatalk
