  1. I think the KC Cyclones will be the way I go, I'll just tie them into the bed light leads that run up through the same cavity as the rear tail lights.. Thanks for the thread.
  2. isn't that what the backup camera is for? ...and if the tailgate is down and the camera isn't oriented correctly, you should be able to see even better without the 'gate blocking the view. I'm going to look into these jumpers.. my cargo lights will NOT function when the vehicle is in drive (2018 Silverado 1500) so I'm not sure how the backup camera will turn on while doing the same.
  3. THIS HAPPENS when an iPhone is connected through bluetooth, the iPhone defaults to the volume button on the phone, not on the radio. In order to hear "line volume" either connect through USB cable/CarPlay OR turn the volume on your phone to its highest setting.
  4. paint it.. the photo difference above looks awesome. I'm sure you'll be happy with it, just prep it correctly, take your time and dont put it on thick..
  5. agreed, I rarely use the "app start", but I do like locking the keys in the truck when I'm off on a run and using my phone to unlock the truck. I've been thinking about adding the door mounted keypad though..
  6. 7 pages? I just did the same thing and they provided me with the codes, but there wasn't anything else (better part of 3 pages).. now, where do I go to find out what else I can easily upgrade on my vehicle (I already added the rear view mirror that auto-dims, even though my vehicle came with just an "onstar mirror, manual tilt")..
  7. Better question is why would a manufacturer offer a cold air intake that specifically states that it doesn't void warranty, if it actually caused damage to the engine/system? GM part number 84533096 does just that.
  8. So, It sounds like I'm screwed since I'm in a 2018 LT. my mirror has OnStar only (manual tilt). I'd love a mirror that did auto-dim, OnStar AND added Homelink...
  9. THIS is the thread that I joined the site for. I just picked up a '18 Silverado and I need to know EVERYTHING!! I'll send you a PM with specific questions.
