  1. Unfortunately you can't actually get to that menu if the truck isn't running on the new ones. I've done what the manual says and it won't work, so I'm assuming there is an issue. Looks like it'll be another trip back to the dealer.
  2. I did that and also 5 seconds or longer and it beeps but nothing happens. When you press the wheel it switches over to the confirmation page that asks if you want to reset it, I select yes and it stays at 28%. When I hold the wheel down for any amount of time it beeps but doesn't switch to the other screen.
  3. I doubt anyone has changed their fuel filter yet but if they have are you having trouble resetting the fuel filter percentage on the computer? Mine won't reset to 100%.
  4. I've got just shy of 14,000 miles on mine and I'd say about ¾ of that is towing a utility trailer with anywhere from empty(2860 lbs) up to 14k pretty often and I'm averaging 14.2 mpg overall. I don't have the large amount of wind resistance like the campers do though.
  5. I'm now having this pop up when I start my truck. Has anyone else seen it? I washed my truck today thinking maybe a sensor was dirty but that didn't help. Last week when I was pulling my trailer the orange light on the right mirror came on like someone was passing me and just stayed on for several hours of driving. They updated the computer early last week so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but it looks like I'll be headed back to the dealer.
  6. Ok I'll be interested in what they say.
  7. I've had my service steering column lock come on twice but barely long enough to read the message. I'm not sure what it means but I'm keeping an eye out for any issues with it. Haven't noticed any of the other issues you mentioned.
  8. Check engine light came on yesterday at 6091 miles. Going to take it in tomorrow to see what the deal is. Was towing 200 miles from home so that was fun driving home hoping nothing major was wrong. Edit: OnStar was finally able to get the diagnostics to work and it's the P20ee code.
  9. How long have you had the truck? Mine did the exact same thing for a week or two and then just stopped. It was crazy annoying and there was no rhyme or reason to it.
  10. I've had about 12000 lbs behind mine on an 18' bumper pull and I did not notice excessive squatting.
  11. I can't say what going from a 2500 to 3500 would be like, but I can tell you my '20 3500 Duramax is much smoother than my '16 3500 gasser was. A couple days after I got my new truck I took it back in for them to wax and detail it and they gave me a '19 3500 Duramax for a day and the ride quality is noticably better on my '20. I'm not saying there is a thing wrong with the previous generation, I just think they put an awful lot of thought into the new trucks. Heck I haven't had a drop off coffee slosh out of my cup going down my gravel road yet.
  12. Yes I feel like it takes a little longer to slow down if the brakes aren't applied. My 2016 almost always seemed like it was one gear too low while coasting.
  13. The tires in the first picture were some the dealership installed but I had them change them out to factory tires since I'll be putting a pile of miles on this truck each year. I can't remember the size but they were the cooper mud tires and they looked really good on the truck.
  14. New to the forum, so I'll start by saying hello and I look forward to learning all I can about the 2020 trucks. I picked up a 3500hd ltz Duramax on August 8th and already have 3000 miles on it. I've done about 1000 miles of towing with it already and it is a beast. I went from a 2016 3500hd with the 6.0 and I'm just amazed how much less this truck works pulling the same load. If anyone has any questions feel free to ask away since I already have about month behind the wheel.
