    I think there is a locknut with an adjuster stud on the steering box. I did that on mine years ago, at first the wheels would not come back to center but it only took a few days to loosen to the point where the wheels center while driving but still tight enough to drive daily, that might hold you till the cooler weather. I believe it's the large nut facing up on the steering gearbox. Scott

    Ouch, I did a Complete Dumb Move with my son watching a couple of years ago, Brand New Radiator, Installed aftermarket electric fans, forgot to install the rubber "feet" so... Within 5 minutes of the fans running Coolant was being sprayed all over the place, the FWD edges of both fans chafed the cross tubes, and made alot of holes!. So Mine has had 3 Radiators in the last 6 years. True about having the failures in the garage, does it even count if it did not leave the barn?

    I would check your Distributed cap and rotor. If you have the TBI engine. Or If you have done any maintenance right before this problem started you can start there.

    Not too bad on the Weight!... A Guy I work with did this in Lime Green to his 2019 Jeep Wrangler, Looks Good but the Color is not what I would have chosen, anyway he is saying it weighs too much now... I don't know if it's the raptorliner or the 20 inch tall Wheels with 37's! that can't be easy for the Un-sprung Weight Equation! Still Digging the Color of yours, Looks good, Gives me another option, Thanks for sharing!

    Are you having issues? I never really felt that I need one. I have been driving my 95 alot the past few weeks since it's easier on gas than my Silverado. I have not "Felt" any steering issues that would warrant a stabilizer. I did replace my Center Link a couple of years ago, the bushings were gone and "clunking" when steering.

    Spiney, RockAuto has a "KIT" for a 1995 Rwd. It's not OEM, Looks like an "ADD-A-KIT". I am not sure why they did not have them from the Manufacturer. I had a 1987 Ford Ranger 2wd that had one.

    Good Question, I do Remember Back in the Day adding a second Stabilizer to my Ks Blazer which went the opposite direction as the original. the "Add On" had 2 small "U" Bolts that went around the center steering link. Maybe something like that could be used? Scott

    I Bet!, Mine could use some bodywork and paintwork But I don't have the time this year. How much weight do you think it added to the truck?

    I just Checked My Mileage, I am getting 26.9 with my 1995 2wd 2.2 liter 5 spd. Count me in for HAPPY!!!

    OK, I checked my Oil Pressure at Idle... 26 PSI But, My 2.2 liter Idles at 950RPM. Onn the Highway at 70 mph, 60 PSI Tach at 3000 RPM. I use 5W30 which is on my Oil Fill Cap and in the Owners Manual. I also add STP Oil Treatment With ZDDP to Every Engine I have ever owned at every Oil Change. I do Vary Oil Manufacturers though.     Ken, I haven't checked but GMpartsdirect.com might have a part number then you could check rockauto.com to cross reference. I am not too familiar with suspension packages on s10's. Scott

    Dented Mine Just Like That when I put the Screwdriver on the Bumper to Change the tail light Bulb, I was so Mad! My Buddy was there and was Laughing... He Got the dent out with a dent puller suction cup thing. i can still see the ripple. So Frustrating!

    I can't help you on that... The 94-97 grilles are a whole lot harder to find! The defrost grill is the same I think. I went to 3 junk yards to find the stuff I have in now. I painted them with dupli color paint to match the rest of the dash.

    Hey Ken, I just looked at my 95, Mine are gone/ worn out/ fell off! I think I found them at LMC. Part # 29-7532. Its called front plastic protector. Fits right where you said, on door along A pillar. Lmc says its for 98-04. The front protective tape is for the 94-97. Although it "looks" like something was there on both my doors and I still have the tape on. Scott

    I am on Both.... Mostly I just Search, and find my answer sooner or later. I am 55 and over the years have learned to have patience. I am not sure of the Moderators Here but if I would think alot of the guys would be on both of these sites and other GM, Chevy, or any other forums. A lot of "Kids" join and don't follow the rules or use their phones which confuses things plus you never can tell what "Tone" any body has when they are typing. anyway, Like I said there is a TON of useful info on these sights, even though the S-series is older now. later, Scott

    Welcome! Nice Truck! I only chimed in because I have done a lot of off-road stuff over the years, "Airing Down" your tires will help if you are in Sand. If you're in the Mud then leave your tires alone, same with Snow, the Tread needs to find "Bottom". Usually Mud and Snow(M+S) tires are narrower and Taller. Packed or Hard Dirt roads will be fine for Whatever Tire you have unless it rains... Airing Down helps your tires "Float" on top of the Sand instead of digging in, which will bury your axles.     Big Al, How did you make out with this? I have a 1995 that the dash has seen better days and there seems to be a lot of decent 98+ trucks around me. Just curious if you ever got it figured out. Scott

    My 02 Headlights go out when the E-Brake is set. Give that a shot, although it kills all of the lights. Scott

    I use Rotella Oil in my 2002 Silverado Ext Cab 4x4 5.3 liter with 121K. My Dad was original Owner, He always took it to Firestone near his house. I've had it 3 years now, It "uses" about half a quart over 5k miles. No leaks that I can see, no Blue/white smoke on start-ups, I don't know where it goes.. Thanks, Scott
