  1. Bd trim gloss black with silver outline.
  2. I figured out how to make the lights work in the mirrors, they can be turn signal or come on when you unlock it. Between the doors there's a cap. It has a bunch of terminals in that spot. I'd imagine it would be better when you unlock or use the cab light. Thinking about it, its not going to be easy to make the light color match the led turn signals.
  3. Hauled a ton of pool sand..lol. worked like a charm.
  4. These aren't power folding, sorry. These are just self dimming, task light and blind spot. The power and self dimming work, task lights even with the switch do not. Looking into that tho, not sure if they can be turned on in the bcm or do I need a harness. As for the blind spot there's alot to that so that's out..lol. I was so glad to get the scratched mirror and the drivers stock mirror has that little mirror in the corner. I hated it..lol
  5. To put led bulbs in the stock housings..? It's easy, probably 5 minutes a side. I have em for sale tho if you would like em. I went a different route..
  6. Bulk of the mirror cover..? The painted part on the mirror is the mirror. I did buy the handles fairly cheap but they werent 10.00 or that brand, came with the tailgate handle. Plus They were chrome. They were sanded, primed. painted and cleared. Left over paint from another job. No they don't fit perfect but they will do the job for now.
  7. nah, was easy. Used plastic tools, just have to be easy with the clips. Taking your time is the key..! The mirrors are 4x 13mm bolts and one plug. The handles are stick on covers my brothers body shop painted.
  8. I bought a kit from ebay, it was 1.5 blocks and ubolts 80.00
  9. Yea they are very nice , super easy to do. Direct bolt on, threaded holes are ready in the cab.
  10. Ebay, actually. From a place in Florida, they order em and they come right from California. Sent right from factory reproductions.
  11. Thankyou. Not 100% on the grill but it would take mods or spacers etc. They aren't shaped the same on the ends. The custom doesn't have the drl like the lt/ltz.
  12. Color matched, can u tell they are covers..?
  13. Besides the grill the fender wings need to come off to get the headlights out. For the load resistors there's holes in the fender behind the light that i used with small bolts. They are in there just enough that u can only see them if your really looking for them. Just take your time, the front of the trucks alot of plastic clips and a few bolts. Do make sure your lights work before putting it all back together.
  14. I changed the switch and both mirror heads today, they don't work. Supposedly I can get the harness to make them work. I'll know for sure later today.
  15. Going to do a test in a day or so, I picked up a set of mirrors with task lighting pretty cheap. I got the light switch too for it too, I'm wondering is the wiring there for it....it's a cross my fingers deal. Would be nice since I have the power tailgate, bed lights, tailgate light etc. I did the led lt headlight and grill upgrade and ll od that works perfect. The drl goes out with the turn signal too.
  16. Ordered a set of trailboss replica 20X9's, gloss black with silver bowtie center cap and black lugnuts. Should see them late next week.
  17. Not sure how much it rubs but mine rubbed with 295s, I used a 1/4 inch spacer so the factory wheel studs were long enough without any problems. I don't think 1/2 inch will make it safely without longer studs. You should have atleast 5 at minimum full turns of threads with the nut. I think this problem in your case is why you see guys running the 35 11.50s.
  18. In that pic yes a 2 inch ready lift. I changed it after that to a 3 inch icon.
  19. I think its +28 for the 20s.
  20. On a gmc I'm sure theres some one here that has done it. Search around a little and you will find it. I seen also 275 65s, they have less width and more heigth. If it was a chevy then yes I know someone..lol... I have then on mine.
  21. Since my trucks a custom it came with the halogen housings. That pic I did just the bulbs in the stock halogen housings. I used morimoto 2 stroke bulbs. They were really bright and as nice as stock led. I did the light swap after that to what I have now only because I got a good geal on stock full led housings. The led bulbs are actually for sale in the classifieds.
  22. Im pretty sure its air 200-782, that's for the 5.3.
  23. So it was time for a few more small Mods, I did an airaid cold air tube with a green filter in the stock airbox. Jlt performance catch can, fit real nice. I chose the black version to fit in a little better. Lastly I did diode dynamics license plate and reverse led cool white bulbs. The trucks now all led and the lights are all nice and crisp. Yes under the hood is dirty, it's due forva good cleaning.
