  1. Agreed. A M12 tap should make a M12 hole. Only variable is thread pitch but even that is *usually* fairly standardized.
  2. Yeah it's sad. NH still had a good amount of class 6 roads but who knows how long they'll last.
  3. Last time I was there was 2004. It's been a while. Back then it was pretty popular. There was a bunch of us there hosted by a friend who was a local (he's since moved to Vegas and last I knew was running a shooting range out there). Ran into a lot of locals that day. Too bad it's gone now. Nice trails.
  4. I forget where exactly you are in Mass but did you ever mess around on the trail network in Winchendon? There was a massive sand pit there too. Think it's all been developed now though. But Obama was gonna get health insurance for all of us! Stay safe!
  5. I think that's everywhere. I took my AC certification in 2003 and haven't been in the industry since early 2007 so most of the details are long gone. Haha.
  6. Doesn't R12 cost a fortune?
  7. Never heard of spacers. You probably need a longer driveshaft.
  8. Yep, one just has deeper pleats. That's the "high capacity air cleaner" on Z71 trucks.
  9. No filter will substantially change anything. Just run OEM or OEM style filters. You're not going to gain a thing with a drop in.
  10. Low miles but that car is beaten to hell. My friend bought a WS6 coupe the year he graduated, it was lots of fun but that style isn't as attractive as it used to be to me. Never mind that it would probably get smoked by a V6 Camaro today.
  11. Hate you Ryan. It might be cold in Indy but it's snowing up here. lol
  12. I traded that truck in. Doesn't count anymore. lol
  13. Silver Lake in Michigan.
  14. That makes more sense. I didn't realize it was a ragtop. I'd never buy one, I'm too funny looking.
  15. Yeah but that's probably piling every single silly option available right?
  16. What the hell is a SNBS? I thought we agreed it was time to stop with the absurd NBS crap. It worked when GM redesigned trucks once a decade but not now.
  17. Paid off car means time for a new truck right Ryan? haha
  18. I don't know of any forum that will host a video. And photo bucket kills quality so that's no surprise.
  19. Ryan mine looked the same on my pickup and my shocks on the Jeep aren't too far behind. The rigid "boots" destroy the paint. I had a heavy plastic tarp get blown in front of me in a little Mazda rental once. Didn't see it until the last minute. Like 30 minutes on the side of the road with a knife slicing the stupid thing up.
  20. I'm not aware of any body on frame vehicle with the access door. It sucks.
  21. Just about any tuner can change the limiter. Be aware that you will run into issues exceeding the speed rating of your tires and potentially the drive shaft.
  22. Back when I was at the dealership one of the guys in the wash bay told me he used newspaper to clean glass (with spray cleaner obviously) as it didn't streak. I was skeptical but it works and it's what I've used for like 12 years now.
  23. Chicago is a shitty corrupt city in a shitty corrupt state, they can do whatever they want: http://www.wbez.org/series/curious-city/question-answered-why-ban-pickups-lake-shore-drive-where-can-they-park-104631
  24. I thought pickups were technically not allowed on Lakeshore Drive? A friend of mine lives out there and got ticketed once.
  25. Are the newer manual Cummins engines still detuned? I know at some point the manual got a much less powerful version of the engine. With modern automatics there is no reason to go manual, especially on a diesel. Lost boost on every shift? No thanks.
