Pan arrived today! Thermostat housing ordered today from IPSCO.Org. Mid week next expected delivery. These Ecotec3 motors use an oddball sized hose at 33 mm (1-5/16) No one makes one that size and there was a two week lead on custom order. 1-1/4 it is then. Stant #45358 180 F SuperStat and Flepro #35710 Seal.

As far as that RZY harness a.k.a. camper harness, maybe I’ll try checking the door harness this weekend and look for what you told me. Mine has a build date of 8/14 so I’d be willing to bet I probably do need that harness.

The manager didn't really know what he was talking about then, on the 14+ Sierra/Silverados Ranch Hand made them a lot lighter without losing the tensile strength of the steel. I will say there have been reports of accidents causing damage to the frame that have been linked to a heavy front end impact that someone tried to blame on Ranch Hand for a quick payout, but the Ranch Hands were not in fact responsible for the damage to the frame...the heavy front end impact was. Who would've thunk it?

Hey Phil.....read your response. The one thing I’m still not clear on..... if I don’t buy you harnesses but get the OEM GM harnesses, will I be ok? Or do I need to get yours?

Currently, their factory operation is a Puddle Lamp. They light up at night when you unlock the truck. I am looking to retrofit them with switchback LEDs. I’ll be running the Running Lamp circuit and Turn Signal circuits to them. So they’ll be on all the time the headlights are on (white LED), then when signals are on, flash Amber. Here are some pics. Installed the new Baja Designs OnX6 Arc Series 30" light bar

Had about 45 minutes and with this 100°+ heat, that what 45 minutes too much! Had to take my illuminated handles off to get some switchbacks retrofitted in them. Figured this would be a perfect time to add some chrome lock knobs while I had the panels off. I can never just do one thing. Lol. Thanks to@cmatt for the idea! Lock knob rods are for an Escalade, so I just swapped the knobs since the rods are different. The little details I tell ya. Lol. I like the touches of chrome on the inside.
