I'm not a fan of lowered RCSB, but I gotta admit your truck looks SHARP! Tastefully done! Could you post a video clip of the new exhaust setup? How does it compare to the stock exhaust? Any raspiness? The reason am asking is because I have a 2014 Silverado with 6.2L, Whipple supercharger, and kooks 1 7/8" headers with ory, it's currently bolted to the stock 3.5" exhaust with an additional magnaflow resonator to quite it down a bit, but the raspiness is killing me.
I had the same problem with the kooks y pipe to stock catback, couldn't get them to seal tight. After comparing the stock and kooks y, turned out the flare in the kooks y is slightly bigger than needed!
I have a 6.2L Silverado with Kooks 1 7/8" headers, catless y pipe (ory), and a Whipple supercharger. It's quite loud and raspy at part throttle up to wot with the stock exhaust and no flapper, I've even added a small magnaflow resonator to quite it down a bit, which helped a little, but I still want to tame it down a notch, I just ordered a 3.5" dynatech vortex insert, will install it in the y-pipe and see how that might help! I'm open to suggestions, if any!
Leatherman, bungees, tie-downs, maglite, craftsman basic tool kit, recovery strap and D rings, jumper cables, fire extinguisher, gloves, duct tape, zip ties, phone charger, tire gauge, safety vest, large towel, matches, bottle jack, pens, hitch ball mount and pin, extra fuses, empty 2 gal gas can, tire inflator and tubeless tire repair kit.

Mine did the same even with black bear tune, Whipple supercharger solved it haha!
