So i need some help, i just don't fully understand it all and I don't want to mess this up.
I want and will be getting the 4 inch BDS suspension list at the end of next month. But I know what the optimal wheel / rim combo i need to get for a 33inch tire to fit within the truck wheel well and have minimum trimming.
So i know i want to get Grid Off Road GD -7. The 18 inch rims offer offsets of -20 to +15. So from reading around and talking to shops, I would want to have a positive offset if anything. Do I want to have a full +15 offset to keep things inside, what would be the best offset so the tire stays inside with minimum rubbing?
Now I am trying to figure out what tires i can get and use. I want at least a 33 inch tire if not possible a 34 inch. Can i get away with a 34 inch with little trimming? I am thinking of TOYO Tires - Open Country A/T II (LT 295/70r18 (34 inch) or should i just go with the 33x12.50r18LT tires instead? Or the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 (LT305/65r18 which is 33.58 high 61 lbs each) or WILDPEAK A/T3W TIRE ( LT275/70R18 which is 33.4 inches, 61 lbs each). They all look like sweet tires, i just want it all fit.
If this combo doesn't work, then what would work as a good tired for the rim and suspension setup? I could really use some help with this, thanks.
