    Bath time today. Friday was retractable boards, paint the headlight trim, and repaint the chipped bumper.

    I'm running a RC 3½" with 305/55/20's on -12 offset wheels. minor rub on fender carpet once and a while at full lock.

    Here's my .02¢ Tires ARE made of different compounds than a few years ago, that's 100% fact New trucks are more fuel efficient, and yet can carry, and haul more than in the past I'm not arguing the fact that there's issues, every manufacturer has issues. GM has known about "beam shake" for a few years My dealer stepped up, did their best which was great, Michelin tires made a huge improvement, rode perfectly for around 5,000 miles, then I think I felt the 75 mph vibration coming back. At that point I decided to make the truck look the way I wanted with aftermarket wheels, little lift, and larger tires. So far so good.

    My ¢.02 Rubber compounds are hiding, and amplifying the flutter if there is one in these trucks. I believe 100% this is a harmonics thing. Here's my reasoning, 2014 crew cab 4x4 6.2. Dealer swapped 2 Goodyear ls2's after road force numbers were out of spec. No change. Replaced all 4 with Michelin ltx, 20". Rode perfect, after about 5k miles I felt an intermittent "flutter" again at 73+ hit or miss on certain stretches of road. My wife's car, ex wife's car, and best friends car all have same flutter on the same road.

    I did the RC 3½ suspension, and am thinking I should've done some homework, other than trusting what the shop installs. I did lose some ride quality, and am now thinking about having it re done.

    Yeah, 20 on the fronts, think he added 50 to the rears to try and get everything close to matching. The fronts are a shade lighter than the backs tho
