I took the truck out and checked again in normal drive and m5,v4 mode normal no load shake around 1100 rpm,m5 same streets same speeds and yes a very very slight vibration
So what I think,in normal drive the transmission stays in a higher gear and while in v4 mode with no or little real load on the engine intensifies the shake
In 5 it was almost unnoticeable
I should have tried this in other m gears but didn't think of it until I started writing this(someone else want to try).
To me it looks like in v4 the engine looses its balance which could be corrected some what by changing the shifting pattern....not saying to take v4 out completely but at lower no load speeds set it up differently
No doubt all manufacturers are chasing fuel mileage,in this case maybe to much.
This is just my opinion, I hope gmc or someone can find a solution to this part of the shake problem.
As a side note sometimes this is a smooth riding quiet truck.
