  1. I don't know if this will help, since my truck is not SC or built. I think the one major flaw I can find is the first to second gear ratio in the trans. I had my truck tuned, and I rod it around once in a while, but burn outs and launches kinda suck with this truck. ( I know its not built for 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile runs, but its mine and I drive it the way I want.) When it shifts outta first doing a burnout, it falls flat on its face. I don't now if you'd have to open up the transmission and change that ratio, or my tuner needs to do more work............. I think your 4.10 gears will be fine, it'll definitely be really quick off the lights!!
  2. Salesman friend of mine told me yesterday an email from GM came out saying GM only making crew cab trucks for 2021. No extended cabs, or no regular cabs. Any truth to this I wonder? I think it would be a big mistake to do that, but I guess production is behind and the crew cabs are what is selling more than the rest.
  3. I just put a pair of Bosch OE icon, I think is what they were, on my 15. Not a perfect fit, but they are tight and didn't come off running full blast on a road trip we just took in a blinding rainstorm. The passenger side fit well, but the tabs didn't fit the drivers side arm the same. I may take them back and look for something different.
  4. What do you do with the knob on the dash? My truck is an LT without the console. I think it'd be cool if I could put in a floor shifter.
  5. I've always had the red and black bowtie in my trucks as far back as I can remember. I took this one apart and painted it then glued back together.
  6. Looks familiar. I remember doing all that too, lol. Nice truck!!
  7. HELIRN74 I just leveled everything. No lift on the rear. The control arms are only so I don't bottom out on the droopstops and get that annoying bang from that. I used Full Throttle control arms on my 2012 2500, but this time I was determined I wasn't buying anything but Cognito. Basically, I needed arms to get what I wanted, and I wanted to see why the big hype about Cognito arms. They are nice arms, and look great!! The ride is better than my 2012, but I don't know if it is from the control arms, or just the difference in trucks. That was an extended cab, I had nitto tires, and this is just anicer truck I think too.
  8. 2015 6.0 Cognito upper control arms, Bilstein 5100s with steering stabilizer, XD 20x9 +18 wheels and Cooper 295/55 STT Pro.
  9. So is this like the traction control, you have to turn it off EVERY time you get in the truck to make it work? There is no way to set it and forget it?

What did you use to get that level? Just turn up the bars, or control arm kit, or lift? Looks great!!!
  11. Sorry. I missed that yours was the light. Did anybody ever find something that caused the water leakage? I'm just curious if I need to watch for anything. Thank you.
  12. Since the antenna has been found as the whistle, what is this all about??? Did you have a repair done because of it??

Looks great!! How did you level? I have 20s, but want to do a +18 wheel too.
  14. It has nothing to do with "paying for a ****ing light bulb". I bought this truck to be the way I WANT it. Modifying this is one more thing that makes it MY TRUCK. I have done this to every truck I've ever had thru the years and will keep doing it until its made law in the US. Auto headlights suck too, just haven't figured them out yet.
  15. I've not had that issue yet. Very particular about my truck, does a leak stain the headliner? I wonder if I could be proactive and get replaced before it started leaking? I relly like this truck, and don't want to be looking at a water stain for the next few years if it happens.
