  1. Did you do this yourself or have a shop? Refinished or actually stripped it and repainted? I'm seriously looking into a complete paint job when I upgrade at 40k. Over 15+ chips and counting all over.
  2. Same I've called into my dealership in Austin, a local one back home in Frisco, and checked online for recalls. Appears there are no options for my truck until someone updates my VIN.
  3. Did it occur in hot and cold weather? We're at 103 regularly here and I get the delayed engagement every time. Was planning on bringing it into the dealer, just wanted to confirm there hasn't been countless horror stories from this fix.
  4. x2 - did you get these tinted and if so what product?
  5. Is there anyway we can confirm that we are eligible for this recall of the transmission? I still have the delayed engagement when I start my vehicle and put from park to drive.
  6. Mine did this again today at 90 degrees when the engine was one for ~ 30 minutes.
  7. Driving on the roads here in Texas with 105+ heat. I had my screen go black while I was listening to XM. The XM continued to play, the reverse camera worked when I put it into reverse, but the screen wouldn't change from black. Turned the radio off by pressing the power button once (not holding it down), and turned it back on 5 seconds later...screen came back on just after I turned the radio back on. I think it's more of a temperature thing than anything for us here.
  8. Thanks for confirming this for me. Have you tested it out at 85+ MPH? Will be getting a tune from BBP then when I upgrade to the bigger tire/5100s.
  9. Looks good. How do you like the 275/70/18 KO2? You think a tune is necessary for overall ride/speedo correct? Looking at this exact same tire in my '16 - same rear end and engine size as well.
  10. Are those Gatorback Chevy Mudflaps you have on there as well?
  11. Made it bigger for you. Solution is below - Owners Manual Excerpt "The source of power for the APOs on the center stack can be changed from direct battery power to RAP by moving the fuse at location 10, in the left instrument panel fuse block, to position 11. Once the fuse is moved, the APOs will continues to work for up to 10 minutes or until the driver door is opened. See Instrument Panel Fuse Block (Left) on page 10-49 or Instrument Panel Fuse Block (Right) on page 10-52. If you are not comfortable performing this change, see your dealer."
  12. If you have Bose you'll only be able to get the Kicker with just the sub upgrade...without Bose you can get the amp/sub Kicker. I believe it's because the Bose system comes with its own Amp? Don't quote me but this is what I've read.
  13. Anyone seen the picture of new denali delivered? Has spacers/dampers between the rear-leafs... Is this GM's fix for this solution??? Post #29 for picture. http://www.gm-trucks.com/forums/topic/183339-2016-sierra-denali-2-month-review/page-2
  14. Picture of the new part?
