  1. I'm also glad I removed the trail boss stickers. Makes for a cleaner looking cap install. Those stickers are up high and it probably would have overlapped Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  2. This is my 5th leer 100 xl and have to say I'm a little disappointed in the quality. The pop out window on one side won't close all the way (inch gap), and there is a spot on the cap edge where the paint is peeling up. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  3. Now that's how you make a trailer.... Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  4. I have an old man truck again. Two months without a cap was long enough. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  5. Discovered today that my Trail boss is much higher than my 16 z71. Forgot that and pulled in the city parking garage with a 7 ft clearance. My antenna hit every concrete cross member up 8 floors and down 8 floors. That is probably over 100 times. Didn't put my tool box in the truck yet to remove antenna. I looked at the roof in some of the tight corners and I had maybe 1 to 2 inches of Clearance before scraping paint on the roof. Had a whole line of really pissed off cars behind me stopping ever 10 feet so I wouldn't lose my antenna. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  6. Mine does it too Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  7. Backing my travel trailer up our steep driveway, I am pretty sure the hill holder feature works with the trailer brakes too. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  8. Think it was worth it after you were done? I see you are running duratacs. On my 16 my duratacs would drown out the sound of the borla system. When I put summer street tires on the exhaust seemed much louder as I could hear the exhaust not the tire hum. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  9. What did you use under the clamps? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  10. Wow. All I can say is Wow. I would not talk with anyone but the service manager and request to meet with the regional district rep to discuss the buy back. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  11. Also there is a bulletin #pip5620 - no crank after an auto stop event Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  12. I would also report it to NHTSA Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  13. I would bring it back and tell them your family does not feel safe in it and you don't want it back until they can duplicate the issue and fix it Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  14. Nope. Backed in last night. Still had hard 1-2 shift this morning. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  15. So there you all go. I solved the problem. That was easy. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  16. It seems to be the worst when I park on my steep driveway engine uphill, then back out of the driveway. It hardly ever does it when it sits at work for 10 hours on level ground and put it straight into drive after startup. Also seems much worse when temp falls below 45. But GM says it won't affect performance or longevity so we are forced to just accept it as is and move on as long as it only does it the first shift or two if the day. 17. I have been trying to ignore the first shift or two every morning. This morning I backed out and thought let me give it some gas instead of light throttle like I normally do. It had a huge hestiation on that first shift to the point it felt like it went into neutral and my body actually lunged forward in the seat before it slammed into 2nd. Felt like a 16 year old bucking the clutch on a manual. After that first shift it was back to normal. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  18. Just thinking out loud here, do you think the new autostop feature could be contributing to the line failures? All those extra starts and sudden pressure spikes? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  19. Mine did it for first time yesterday. 950 miles. I have had a lot of quirky infotainment and DIC display issues that are random like this fisheye issue. Most if them I am noticing happen when I start the truck and throw it in gear while the infotainment screen is still loaded. It seems like that throws is for a loop. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  20. Well I can assure you all my neighbors with f150s have pointed out their rear windows don't leak Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  21. Yes it is a raptor knock off of sorts Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  22. 2500? F150? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  23. As we like to say at work, we only do it the third time once. Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  24. Be careful on dealer loaner. Most of them have it in the rental agreement you can't put more than 2,100 miles on it, since they have to sell them as dealer demo vehicles. Mine was very clear if I got close to 2100 had to bring it back for another one Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
  25. Also does GM put any special adative to the oil for new engine break-in? Sent from my Pixel 2 using Tapatalk
