  1. I’ve noticed this issue a while back but now it’s a bit noticeable. Mine is only in reverse, I seen the TSB which states to replace 1. Vacuum Pump 2. Vacuum Line between the booster and the pump 3. Brake Booster 4. Master Cylinder 5. Vacuum Pump Belt especially if you find oil in the system. Also another to program the brake control module with new software. But is any of this covered under any special warranty? My truck 46k miles and out of bumper to bumper warranty.
  2. My question is can I use this on my 6speed transmission???
  3. Refinance it! First I hate dealing with finance people because when you try to finance with them, they play around with different loans and play around with the interests rates, I have an 800 score. Years ago for a Toyota 4Runner using a credit union I got it for 1.9% and my 2016 Chevy using GM/ the finance guy and I agree eventually with Bank Of America at 2.02% which I was still not happy with that bs but I took it. It was late night and I didn't have time to get things situated with the credit union I use. Before going with BOA the A-hole picked another one with a higher interest rate and I almost walked out, told him no, I have a excellent credit and if you can’t do better then that I’m leaving and not buying anything. Then he somehow found BOA with a way lower interest rate in his computer which he could have done in the begin but no, he wanted to see how dumb I was first. Probably dumb because honestly if I had more time I should have gotten things ready with my credit union first and never made a deal with their finance/ BOA. Refinance with a credit union and you might get 1.9% which a few do offer.
  4. The dealership replaced the seat adjuster assembly and that took care of my problem.
  5. Not sure if I updated but my dealership replaced my fuel tank last tear and fixed all my issues. No more pump trigger going off now
  6. Finally got the seat adjuster assembly installed in my truck today and no more seat movement! Hope it last because other have stated it comes back again.
  7. Question, anyone know the rear factory size block??? I’m planning on doing the same. Bilstein adjustable 5100 on the fron on Max setting and rear 5100. From what I’ve been reading it will sit flush/ level. I still want some rake on my truck so I’m looking for the specs on the factory ones so I can find out if to install a 1 inch block or get a 2” Thanks!
  8. The dealership did whatever they did to my seat and now it's doing it again so... yeah. I'm gonna take it right back.
  9. Dropped of my truck today, I check with the service writer and he stated yes they are replacing the gas tank. I wish I knew more details what's wrong with the gas tank but the tech is installing a new gas tank for sure. Coming from the service writer.
  10. Dropped off my truck today for the fuel tank replacement, right rear factory 20" rim asking for too much tape weight (3.25oz) just that one wheel, and the vibration issue at 75-80mph/ center seat counsel shaking. That's the only issue I'm having and hope they find a solution but with 711 pages of GMC/ Chevy having vibration issue I doubt it... I've read it all, tourqe converter, drive shaft replacement, rims and tire replacement, ring and pinion I believe, clamps on the leaf spring helping out, axle shaft out of specs, replacing rear end with yukon rear end, **** the list goes on and on. I like my truck a lot, and I would love to keep it for years to come but driving on a long road trip and avg 75-80mph will be a pain in the ass... One of my old friends who still works for GM, I asked him about this issue and he knows about it. He ordered a driveshaft for the customer and still had the vibration issue with no fix, he also drove a loaner vehicle which also has the same issue! Did he fig it out, sadly no. But he as a GM tech knows about the vibration issue. GM really screw up on this issue and continued to sell it with the same problem, 2014, 2015, 2016, and also read 2017 still vibrate. Hope I'm wrong but I don't think my dealer is going to figure it out and No Problem found or unable to duplicate the issue which is bs.
  11. Well my truck has about 9500 miles and got new bfgoodrich ko2 275/55r20 yesterday. One out of the four wheels needed too much wheel weight, 3.25 to be exact. Next Monday I'll be taking the truck for a fuel issue I'm having, they are installing a new fuel tank and gonna have them check that rim that ask for all that tape weight and again complain about the vibration issue I'm having at 75-80 mph.
  12. It has improved but it still happens but not a lot before the tech did what they did. I went back for the driver seat moving around, they shimmed it or something and also complained about the gas tank issue. My service writer stated they are going to replace the gas tank so it's on order right now. They will call me when the part comes in and replaced the gas tank from what he explained to me.
  13. I used a file to make the ends of the doid pointy.
  14. My cargo light mod set up is exactly like the pic, but the fog light mod on this pic is different from another post. I see the diod going in the blue wire/ I can't see the other one. Helps me a bit, I'll try again. So the low beam circuit wire does stay on when the high beam is triggered for the fog lights???
