  1. Is the OEM bulb harness that's plugged in closest to the battery?
  2. I had that problem, so I took the headlight out again, took out the top screws, and screwed them back in while pushing the top of the projectors so that it was secured at more of a downward angle. Either that, or you'll need to fully open your headlights so that you can seat the projectors properly
  3. Installed these Rigid DOT fogs that have been sitting in the box for over a year. After awhile, I decided that I wasn't a fan of what they'd look like. Recently I said screw it, and worst case I just remove them if i don't like them. These things are bright, and I think the look could grow on me. What I really didn't like was how the kit comes with stainless steel carriage bolts that can be seen behind the light, so I swapped them for black ones. Hopefully they don't rust or I'll have to suck it up and install the stainless ones.
  4. Sounds a bit drastic
  5. Lol until the tank runs out of air. What size tank?
  6. Contact this company: http://www.gruvenparts.com/gruvenparts-com-strengthened-spur-gear-for-2007-2014-gm-trucks-folding-mirror-assembly/ This motor is for an older model, but the page says 2015+ coming soon. Who knows when that was, but maybe they can help you. EDIT: Here you go. Says it's a pre-order. http://www.gruvenparts.com/gruvenparts-com-strengthened-folding-mirror-gear-for-2015-gm-trucks/
  7. I did have the factory halogen projectors, but didnt want to spend money on an HID kit to fit those to test it since I'd read that it's not really the correct type of projector. So to avoid potentially ordering two kits, I just went all out on the initial purchase.
  8. Installed my FXR projectors in my HD this past weekend. LET THERE BE LIGHT. 35w 5500k
  9. These motors can be purchased. I looked into it at one point when my passenger mirror motor failed after about one year. I had it replaced under warranty though.
  10. This has been on my list of things to do
  11. Clay bar it again. Put some elbow grease into it. Next step would probably be an orbital buffer if it bothers you that much
  12. Installed FXR HID projectors with the Morimoto XB35 5500k kit. Pain in the ass, but there is A LOT of light. Here are some driving shots Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk
  13. get a new one... or a train horn
  14. sweet color. you should color-match the grill
  15. I did that... i followed a video on youtube. literally took 10 mins. hmm. if turning the knob to the off position doesnt turn the lights off, I'm going to assume its a BCM thing. GMC may be able to reprogram it. Ford did that to my DRLs on my f250 years ago. The only thing I can say to try is to start your truck while holding the knob in the off position and see if the lights come on after shifting it into gear, all while holding the knob in the off position. If so, do the spring removal.
  16. is there an off side to the switch? the US trucks have the spring-loaded knob you can turn it to off. I removed the spring so the light are always off unless i turn them on
  17. I was debating, but I ordered the diffusion option after looking at some videos on youtube. The floods look awesome, but are more of a direct beam pattern.
  18. you installed it in the console?
  19. have had mine for about 6 months. good purchase. always get compliments on it.
  20. Wouldn't have bought my truck without it
  21. don't count on it
  22. it was painful to read. im embarrassed for him
  23. Awesome wheel... too bad they dont make them in 8 lug
  24. looks like the only thing GM did with the liner is shortened that back bump stop, allowing the phone to sit toward the back more where the charger is placed. you could accomplish the same thing by rotating an earlier model year liner
  25. Ordered both of these and will be installing these on a mild day in the near future
