    I love my BFG KO2’s! Next week I’m going to throw on some bigger KO2’s which should improve the ride. The Yukon XL is a different story, do they still make the Michelin LTX? The defenders ride really rough for being Michelin’s. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Yeah, having more meat on the tire seems to be the way to go. I may go from a 275/60/20 D rated to a 275/65/20 E rated, wish they were C rated lol but also ordered my new Fox Shocks all the way around apparently back ordered till next week. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    My 14 WITH 275/55/20 did that, switched out all shock, went with Bilstein 5100’s then Michelin LTX, went away. There are a few things that were recalled on them but got rid of it and then went with my DMax and now absolutely love my 18. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I’ve got the 16 Yukon XL, wife loves it but did notice harsher ride once I got ride of the factory tires and then put these Michelin Defenders on, they’re 27/55/20. I’d like to change them but what’s a better tire? My 18 GMC Sierra 6.2 rides on 275/60/20 and rides harsher with new BFG KO2’S. Need the AT’s cause I’m off-road in grassy areas often.     Looks is what gets everyone into hating their ride. My truck came w 22”’s, had dealership downgrade to 20”s then had to order new rims, made the mistake going back to 20”’s cause they look good but wish I had gone to 18”’s just more side wall would give me smoother ride and more sidewall protection too. 20”s tow less too.     Wheels and tires make a huge difference in towing. I’ve never owned a six cylinder in a full size truck but be very cautious of getting all terrain tires. Personally, I’d avoid them, go with Michelin High mileage highway tires like Defenders. Research them on Discount Tire website, comparing weight of tires and make sure to stay with original equipment sizes cause you’ll most likely notice an improvement and you can sell your wheels and tires later after.     Ok, your last pics don’t show it really touching. Close but not touching. Those rubber booties turn as you’re using 4X4 so you do not want them touching. The pics may be an illusion, if you can put your finger between the two then you should be good just do not want them touching. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Sorry buddy, those rubber booties shouldn’t be touching anything but air. Looks like a spacer may be left out somewhere. What’s your Leveling setup? Mine is a 2.25” level, two spacers up front, one top of strut and one sitting bottom of strut. I don’t see and spacers under your strut at all. Please take it in immediately making sure you do not use 4X4 until it’s raised OFF from the lower control arm Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Forgot to mention, the rubbing happened cause the new 16-18 have the stamped steel UCA’s and the new tires were 275/60’s not the stock 55’s. I’m glad I did cause I got sick of the stock chrome wheels really fast. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Very pretty color. Mine came with 22’s, dealership owner just threw them in for me, had them removed to 20’s then I got a billet aluminum 2.25” level front 1” rear added. Threw on KO2’s then the rubbing started. Got new 20X9 Fuel wheels with a +18 and the rest is history. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
