I have the shake at 80 MPH. Dealer did the transmission flush and told me to drive 200 miles. I still have the shake and it hasn't gotten better, even after 500 miles. They refuse to look at this issue because the speed limit is 65 MPH on the closest highway and the issue is at 80 MPH. I remember a speed limit of 80 MPH when I was driving through Texas. I shouldn't have to drive back to Texas from Florida to have a dealer diagnose this issue. Does anybody know how to handle a situation with the dealer like this? I offered to drive and they declined, saying the tech wouldn't feel comfortable at that speed. I told them that the shake exists at 80 MPH and I have video to show it and the speed is irrelevant to having somebody get started in diagnosing the issue, checking the driveshaft, the suspension components, etc.

Called Chevy, what a bunch of idiots. Long story short, they raised a ticket to level 2 support and it will be "about 9 days" before anyone will look at it. I asked them if they had this issue reported by others and he said he received several other calls today with the same issue.

Just started happening to me today. Pandora, Weather, and iHeartRadio all don't work.

Apparently the oil percentage is nothing more than the percentage of remaining miles out of 7500 miles. No special algorithm based on RPMs, throttle position, runtime hours, etc. We've been duped. Went to 1% at 7420 miles. Goes down 1% every 75 miles. I would have been at 7495 when it went to 0%.

They are only on when the doors open. They are brighter than I originally wanted but I'm happy with them now that have had them for a couple months. They are SMD 5050 LED lights, whereas the LEDs on your 12 inch strips are only 3528 so they are smaller and won't produce as much light.

You only get what developers that have registered with GM for development access have created. I've spoken with two companies that have apps for the MyLink and based on my conversation nobody wants to develop for their architecture. They want to focus on Android Auto and Car Play and not build individual apps for all the different manufacturers. As a developer I don't blame them. It's too difficult to maintain product lines for all the different car manufacturer. Sticking with iOS and Android is much easier. It's s shame because the infotainment API has so many data points that can be used to make some pretty cool apps but I don't think we'll ever see the day where there is a marketplace with a wide variety of apps.

Mine is not directly related to throttle position. It is linked to RPM. If I'm at a high RPM and let off the throttle to slow down the ticking noise continues even off the throttle and slows down as the RPMs lower.

I wonder what the process consists of and if there are chances of damaging the door. I'd be worried.

I missed that post and noticed the same on mine. Forgot to reply back and update everyone. When I park if I turn my wheel 1/4 either way the ticking stops. Now I don't know if the ticking actually stops, or if it is something reflecting the sound so it cannot be heard from the inside anymore.

I've been using premium since day 1. 6000 miles on it with all premium fuel and I have the tick. My tick goes away when slamming on the brakes or turning the steering wheel.

I wonder what the specs behind the software algorithm on the OLM consists of. I drive pretty hard, and in a hot climate. 6000 miles today and 23% life left. I was certain I was going to be due for my first oil change at 6k but I'm apparently on track for an 8k mile interval. When I had a BMW it was supposed to have service at every 15k miles (funny how when they start including 5 year maintenance with the car it suddenly only needs oil every 15k) but I was always due for a change a couple thousand earlier due to my driving style and the computer calculating accordingly.

That's good to know. I'm in Florida as well. Every time I've seen katzkin done at the dealer it's always a few minutes after it's been done, so I guess sitting a few days in the sun would help.

This looks great. Completely transforms the interior. Every time I see the katzkin covers installed they always look loose and wrinkled, especially by the upright bolsters that are between your shoulder and elbow. Do those wrinkles eventually go away or that's just something you gotta deal with?

No perfect resolution. Dealer adjusted the door so it is slightly better but any more adjustment and the door would be too far in at the top. Dealer showed me a bunch of new trucks on their lot that had the same issue so I gave up. Same thing with the tailgate not flush on the side. Almost every truck I looked at had this issue.

Which lights did you buy? No drilling or cutting, so is it adhesive?

Yes, quality sucks. I have a 2018 and it's worse than several older and cheaper cars I've owned. It serves it's purpose and works but I'm disappointed on how crappy it looks. Wish there was a way to upgrade it.

Can anyone confirm if this issue went away after removal of their cats when installing a new exhaust system? I added a new system but it was cat back so the factory cats remained.

Haven't seen this thread in a while, you sure did trick me! I thought there was going to be a new post about a cool new $50 and under modification I'd be subject to doing this weekend.

My dealer refused to replace that part after I showed them a TSB that says to replace it. They said the TSB is not valid for my truck and opened up a TAC case with GM and they said there is currently no resolution.

Is there any particular reason why GM sells an intake for the 5.3 but not the 6.2L?

Sounds like the touch screen is going bad, maybe randomly responding to phantom touches and now not responding at all. Do you have a screen protector on it? How hot does it get in your area? If you can eventually get past that warning message, navigate to a screen that doesn't have the presents at the bottom such as the phone screen and see if it continues to change stations. If it doesn't change stations and goes to your contacts or voicemail (any of the buttons at the bottom row that replace the presents) then it's definitely the screen's digitizer going bad.

I wouldn't worry about it. I have a valentine 1 radar detector that also stops the OnStar diagnostics from working. They can't void my warranty because of my radar detector. I currently have v1 radar, amp powersteps, and "Automatic" (car tracking device) plugged into an OBDII splitter. I wonder if the Range will work if the OBDII has been split.

Looks great. Were they able to color match it well? I wonder if it will fit around the Intellihaul CHMLS camera that goes around the brake light.
