  1. Rock auto has them
  2. It's probably just the starter. Hope it's something simple whatever it is.
  3. All good. The way it was worded kinda left it open to different answers. Here is mine bed loaded. I don't remember how much weight, but I know it will squat with a decent load in the bed. I'll have to get a new pic without the bed loaded.
  4. The rear shocks are not adjustable.
  5. Compression test or just do the right thing and rebuild. Even though the cross hatches are present that cylinder looks pitted.
  6. Max height will raise the front. It will not be a complete level like the 2" or more variants. You will still have a rake. Just not as much.
  7. Here is what's going on with the drive train in alot of our trucks. It may not be the resolve for all, but I am sure just about everyone can relate. Let me know what you guys think.
  8. Anyone run these? How is the ride? thanks
  9. I installed some 2 degree pinion angle shims (fat side facing front) and the wobble/ vibe is 80% gone. I also tried the spring clamp and found with the clamp on the front side of the leaf spring. After the truck rode like a Cadillac, so I'll pickup the Deaver mini pack and shim the pinion accordingly. I feel like the leaf springs twist which is the reason it is worse with 20s. after i got 18s the wobble lightened up.
  10. Ok let's say I wanted to replace that sensor wire. Where does the other end terminate?
  11. Well like I was saying earlier, I don't think anyone has come up with a fix. I do suspect it to be a hose leak though. I have changed that sensor and evap stuff by the tank. Still the light persist. Over 4years no issues due to that light/ code. I've even asked gm techs and they have no clue.
  12. Yeah removing the driveshaft would make it easier. I just sat under the truck and reached over it. You can see it between the bed and cab or bed and frame.
  13. The sensor on top of the tank can be replaced without removing the gas tank. Not hard, but easier if you look at it with an inspection mirror. All that said. This is a code I and others have chased. I replaced that sensor worked for a little while. Idk if anyone has found a resolve for this issue. I feel like it is a gasket in the hose leading from the emissions eq. By the tank to the engine.
  14. Hey guys, I am diagnosing the shake at +65mph. In doing so I came across post stating the transfer case had play in the the output shaft that caused the truck to shake. How much(up,down, left&right) play should there be at the transfer case rear output shaft to driveshaft input yoke? Mine has about 3/4" or more play. Also when I looked up the np261 transfer case it is said to have a new case design that did not have output bushing and bearing issues. What year did they change the case?
  15. Pull the cover below the steering wheel off and take a picture of what's there. Post it. It may be something someone can point out.
  16. Look up under the dash and disconnect the aftermarket GPS locator from the ODB2 port. Then put it in the glove box. The dealership you got the truck from likely disabled your truck.
  17. I finally got around to restoring my headlights. Sandpaper and then sprayed two coats polyurethane. Spent maybe 20 mins per side. it's like $50 in materials.
  18. Rock on man. I use the truck to keep me busy outside. I'm always wrenching on something.
  19. Time to take the wheels off to check the brakes and wiggle the wheel hub. The way it sounds, you should be able to grab the top and bottom of the wheel and wiggle it. Yes it does sound like bearings. Or brake pads, clanking metal.
