I have 2019 AT4 - I get 13-15 around town and 15-18 on the road - I have 2" level kit up front - cost me about 1 mpg - still have stock 275/65/18 Duratraks - I have never had a tank where I exceeded 18 mpg, but have had 50 mile stretchs of up to 21 mpg. I have 6,500 miles on my truck and have averaged 14.3 mpg since day 1. That is 2 mpg better than my 2014 Raptor got, similar driving cycle. I don't drive for mileage, but if I did I think I could add a couple mpg to my stats.

I have a 2019 AT4 with 6.2 - I get 13-15 around town and 15-18 on the road. I have averaged 14.6 mpg since the start (through 6,500 miles). I have 2" level up front (still have stock 275/65/18 Duratrak's) - raising the front further, which probably hurts me on mileage on the road. No question if you are in the gas a lot, mileage will go down quickly. I have never seen a tank over 18 mpg in the 6,500 miles I have on my truck, but have seen it for 50 miles sections here and there on the road. I suspect if I drove for mileage I could add a 2-3 mpg to my stats, but the 6.2 is so fun to jump on, you just have to do it now and then!

Here is AT4 with Ready Lift SST kit - which included UCA and new rear blocks which are about 1/2" taller - without the new blocks it was about 0.25" nose high - now about 0.25" rake to back - not noticible. Concern with level kit is that truck comes from factory with 2" lift - it is commonly known that lifting beyond 2.5" will put the geometry out of spec for cv axel angle - why all good 4" lifts (wihch is what your AT4 will be leveled - (2" factory and 2" +/- to level) have drop brackets for the front diff. Ready Lift on their site notes they "don't recommend use of auto 4wd". So you lose that feature for the above reason - I have used my truck in 4wd high without issue, but you are taking a risk with 4" of lift kit without drop bracked of cv axel and/or front diff damage. So buyer beware! I posted a photo below of the truck on flat ground, so you can get an idea of cv angles with "no" articulation - not ideal. But it does look good! Photo with stock wheels - new blocks were not in - photo with black methods blocks were in. Before level kit After level kit - new rear blocks in CV Axel angles with tire on flat ground Truck with Ready lift level kit - without Ready Lift level blocks in rear - about 0.25" nose high - barely tell

I usually go to Costco - if I can't I go to Chevron or Shell. Costco buys gas from all the refineries that have Top Tier brand gas, they also consistently have the best prices. In California we have 16 refineries - No. Cal has 5, central CA has 4 and So. Cal has 7. If you shop by region - Chevron or Shell in N. Cal, Chevron or ? in S. Cal (likely Costco). Overall Big Providers are: Chevron - 10.3 M gallons per day Tesoro - 8.9 M Phillips 66 - 5.2 M Shell - 3.1 M Torance - 3 M By Region So.Cal Chevron - 5.4 M gallons per day Tesoro - 5.4 M Torance - 3 M Phillips 66 - 2.8 M gallons of gas per day Paramount - 1.7 M gallons per day World - 170 K gallons per day Valero - 126 K gallons per day No. Cal Chevron -4.9 M Tesoro - 3.3 M Shell - 3.1 M Valero - 2.9 M Phillips 66 - 2.4M Central CA San Joaqun - 300 K gallons per day Greka - 190 K Phillips 66 - 60 K Kern - 26K

2020 Sierra AT4 vs Denali
Supercup replied to nolabell's topic in 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500
AT4 uses Rancho Momo tubes - not the Rancho twin tube like on the Z/71 - they are a good quality shock and comparable to a Bilstein 5100. There are better shocks for sure - but it is not "garbage". -
2020 Sierra AT4 vs Denali
Supercup replied to nolabell's topic in 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500
I have a 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro and am very happy with the truck - 6.2l and 10 speed is awesome set up. Truck has every feature I could ask for except a decent size fuel tank (26 gallons is at least 10 to small). The ride is really good for what it is. can't comment on the ride of denali - but I am sure that suspension is really nice. Overall looks I prefer the AT4 look - I came out of a 2014 Raptor, which I loved - I just could not get on the program with the new Raptor eco boost motor - so went AT4, plus incentives and lease made it far cheaper than new Raptor. Does everything I need and more, very happy with the truck. No bad choice! -
Added Black AT4 emblems all around and black exhaust tips since my original post Here is a picture of my 2019 - after level and adding Method 18x9 wheels - I now have the black AT4 emblems that come on the 2020 and the black exhaust tips as well. Picture is from before they went on. My 2019 came with the cat back exhaust and I added the OEM air box. Truck is awesome! Put in a few photos of now and one when first leveled with stock wheels. Probably going to switch from a level kit to full coilover lift kit from BDS in the near future, to correct the cv axel geometry in the front and improve the offroad capability of the truck. As is, great on the road (good ride etc.), but only good for 10 mph or less offroad in any kind of terrain - my 14 Raptor with fox coilovers was very impressive on and off road - hoping to get to that same level with the AT4 with BDS lift and Fox coilovers.

Must be a Trail Boss - AT4 thing - my AT4 at 98 as well (which was done off hwy of course). Guess when they add 2" of lift they drop 10 mph! My 2014 Raptor was limited at 106. -
Rear did not settle - just blocks - so no settling - front did settle 0.25" or so. I agree - like the way yours sits - looks great!
-
I have 2019 AT4 - also did Ready Lift SST kit - front was at 38" (both sides) before, now right at 40" (started at 40.5", but has settled about a 0.25" since). Rear was 40" - now rear at 41" with rear blocks addded and Method NV wheels, so still a slight rake - without the block it was about 0.25" high in the front (but looked dead level with stock wheels). I have painted fender flair from GM (not plasstic one like you). Maybe they did not property set the preload, with spacer from SST kit - that should add the full 2", if preload was set correct. May have that looked at. Photos below - is first photo after front level with stock wheels - no rear blocks - second is how it sits now with Methods and rear blocks added and third is the truck in stock form Methods and Blocks added to rear: AT4 Stock - before SST Kit added

2020 GMC SIERRA AT4 with Readylift 2" SST
Supercup replied to Chay Dommeti's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
Glad to hear it, the truck I drove was a 4WD GMC Sierra (dealer loaner) with Rancho shocks and 22's like yours. I was suprised at how poorly it road in comparison to my AT4. The Rancho shocks the TB and AT4 have are not the same as the Z/71. The TB/AT4 have monotube Ranchos's vs the Z/71 having twin tube Ranchos. You can read more about differences on the link below: Link: https://www.strutmasters.com/the-difference-between-twin-tube-and-monotube-shocks/ Enjoy your ride! -

You are not missing a thing - no drop brackets with 4" lift, you will have bad cv axel geometry - potential for issues exists - user beware! Whatever you do don't "shift on the fly" into or out of 4WD (per Ready Lift in phone conversation). -

Truck looks good! But be clear you won't have issus, so long as the dealer who installed it backs it up. GM will not back it up, they will push it off to the dealer who installed it. As long as you are comfortable with that, you are good to go. from my discussion with Ready Lift - their primary concern is the torque put down when "shifting on the fly" at speed - the other issue is, if you go offroad and are in 4WD the geometry is off, so if you have extreme articulation, we may suffer issues. Do you have any idea how much those tires with 22's weigh vs stock - I drove one with same 22's and the ride was compromised to what I have quite a bit. I picked a 22" wheel up in the part department and I was surprised what a lead brick it was, sucker was heavy - that will put further load on your cv axels under off road conditions. -
2020 GMC SIERRA AT4 with Readylift 2" SST
Supercup replied to Chay Dommeti's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
The issue is the angle of the cv axel is out of OEM spec range and it puts added torque on the unit. 2" of lift is about the max you can lift, without lowering the diff to keep the factory geometry in line - so for a normal truck a level kit is fine - goes from stock to 2" - Problem for the AT4 and Trail Boss, is they go from 2" of factory lift + 2" of level - so 4" of lift with level kit - so now too much angle on cv axels. - Ready Lift had complaints about loud grinding noises when shifting into auto 4wd on the fly - and there is a post on this forum from someone who shifted into auto 4wd on the fly and heard all kinds of bad noised - limped to the dealer and dealer had to replace, no warranty due to 2" of added lift for ready lift level kit. That is why all the 4" and 6" lift kits you see, have brackets to lower the front diff, to maintain the geometry angles of the cv axels into the front diff. If you look at the last photo in my prior post - you can see the cv axel in the background and see the angle up and down at both ends is pretty extreme for the truck being level on the ground. Had I known this, I would have not done this kit, which is a nice kit - good quality - just has this issue for AT4 and TB that is not good. My truck is leased, have 2 more years, so I am debating if I go with correct level or just leave as is and roll the dice. I have used my truck offroad in 4WD high and had no issues, but it will always be in the back of my mind. -

You can probably fit a 285 or 295 tire - I would go to your local tire guy and see what they think. truck will look great with level! check out this thread for tire size and trimming information - good info. -

I have the same lift - I stayed with 275/65/18 Duratrak wranglers that came on truck - but swapped out wheels to Method. Be aware that Ready Lift does not recommend you use auto 4WD with this level kit - from website "NOTE: Use of Auto 4 HI feature not recommended" - due to having customers who have damaged their front diff using it. they say you can fit "AT4 - Max tire 305/55-20, 20x9 0 offset wheelTrail Boss - Max tire 295/65-20, 20x9 0 offset wheel" As you can see they make no statements for 18" wheels - here are some photos of clearance to my upper control arm - about a finger width - so you can't go much wider than 275, without getting a spacer or wheels with different offset than stock. Note in my last photo the angle of cv axel - not ideal. Do a search on AT4 and TB and there a lot of threads on this topic and many have gone larger - but the wheel well is tight and the spacing as well to the upper control arm. -

My 2019 Carbon Pro AT4 kicks in at 98 mph - very annoying! Well below the tire rating - but I guess they dock you another 8 mph for the 2" lift! -
Here is my truck - leveled with Ready LIft SST kit, when it first when on (bottom pic and the after I added wheels - stayed with stock tires for now. SST kit comes with 0.5" taller block for rear to made it fully level.

They have two options at half the cost with alternate shocks - the mid package with the Fox 2.0, not piggyback shock is a nice middle ground. I did Ready Lift SST kit - did not pay attention to their note you are "not recommended to use 4WD auto" I paid more attention to it after talking to someone who toasted the front diff, due to shifting into auto 4WD on the fly - no warranty coverage - so if you are going to use your truck "offroad" or want the benefit of auto 4WD - then you need to go with a kit that lowers the diff to protect the factory geometry. Had I done more homework I would have gone with BDS right away to fully address the problem - plus you get some added skid plates and stronger overall connections - so the kit improves your truck on every aspect - where the "level" kits simply level your truck and may compromise your truck long term for wear on CV axels. You get what you pay for here. Here are the base BDS options - that are not $4k and a you tube video showing differnt shock options. $2K with Fox 2.0 - $1.8K with NX shocks (similar to Rancho). BDS with Fox 2.0 front shocks ($2k): https://bds-suspension.com/product?ma=5&mo=1&ty=113&yr=2019-2020&kid=749H Shock Options BDS:

Kicker Speakers in Multi-Pro Tailgate
Supercup replied to Michael621's topic in 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500
I have 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro - came with same speakers- also very disappointed with the sound - mine also has already been replaced under warranty (6 months in). If the speakers can be replaced - might also need to upgrate amp - would be very interested to see how much better it would sound with improved speakers. Looking on cruthfield there are a lot of a marine grade option that might fit. Let us know if you take apart to see if you can swap speakers out. Concept is good - sound is really poor - especially when you can buy a wireless speaker that is 12" in size that sounds 10 times better for 1/4 the cost - that offers all the same features and you can use it more than just next to your truck. I would not recommend anyone add this to their truck or pay the $800 option cost to GM for this system from a dealer - it is a dealer installed item - so they can take it out and you can save yourself $800 - get a few quaility wireless speakers, better flexibility and better quality sound! But if you want the convience of it you can buy at shop Chevy parts for $559 - Link: https://www.shopchevyparts.com/electronics/2019-sierra-1500-multipro-tailgate-audio-system-kickerreg/19417163-p-92303047.html -
