Enjoy the Z very much as a weekend and track car. 1,801 total made about 100 +/- have been totaled, 135 +/- have headed overseas - so rare indeed. Here are a few more photos

I post up a pic next time I have it loaded up - at shop right now getting power jack, winch and load leavel hitch all installed, so likely will have no squat at that point, but we shall see. Here is my heaviest car that will go inside - and with it and stuff I will be pushing 9,500 lbs.
-
Here is my 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro 6.2L with 24' Intech enclosed trailer - 4,501 lbs empty - 9,500 fully loaded. This photo is without load leveling hitch - 2.5" of drop - tongue weight about 750 lbs. Plan to add air bags in the back to compliment load level hitch - plenty of power - but wind does move the trailer around - especially when empty. Truck tows it fine, but when loaded I miss my 3/4 ton diesel truck - but when I am not towing I do not miss it at all - much prefer this truck.

Agree - you will love the look - ride is same as stock. Tire Rack sells AT4 SST RL kit for $510 - free shipping - 4-5 hours install cost Mine was right about $1,000 - with install - alignment at dealer after $200 so $1,200 all in - So Cal labor rates are not the best - $125 at good shops. I have 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro 6.2L - 10 speed Done the following so far: AT4 badges replaced with black ones, from 2020 Carbon Pro Exhaust tips replaced with black ones Ready Lift SST 2" level kit and upper control arms 18 x 9" - 18mm Offset Method NV wheels 275/65/18 Wranger Duratracs (stock tires) GM Performance Package (came with cat back exhaust - added air box and tune) Came with kicker speakers in tailgate Very happy with truck. Looking to upgrade shocks and may do BDS 2.5" lift with Fox 2.5" coilovers and Fox 2.0's in rear to upgrade suspension from the RL SST/stock Rancho shocks - that looks nice and rides decent on road, but has limited offroad potential - to something that performs well on an off road. Add Deaver rear spring pack at the same time and finish it off with 285 or 295 BFG KO2's . Few photos - from stock to current
-
It was part of the SST 2" level kit for AT4 - looks like on their website they are 3" blocks - when they went on we measured versus stock AT4 blocks and they were 1/2" taller. So looks like they are the 3" on their site.

Is OEM GM CAI worth it?
Supercup replied to Philipgonzales3's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
I have 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro with 6.2L - came with cat back, but not the CAI - so I added the GM OEM one - it came with a tune to adjust for the flow of CAI and factory cat back exhaust - per GM 15 hp and 9 ft. lb. of torque increase - likely not enough to feel - but you can hear it and it sounds great - and every little bit helps! 5.3L has similar bump with CAI, cat back and tune. With just cat back you get about 10hp per gain with 5.3l. I would say the CAI is worth it just for how nice it looks under the hood. And you can get it on internet for well below $625 list and then have dealer install and add tune. Link: https://www.chevrolet.com/performance/vehicle-upgrades/new-silverado/exhaust Link: https://www.chevrolet.com/performance/vehicle-upgrades/new-silverado/intake Here is something about 6.2L CHEVROLET ANNOUNCES 6.2-LITER 'PERFORMANCE UPGRADE PACKAGE' FOR THE 2020 SILVERADO, WITH 435 HP! June 21, 2019 Where the torque-beast L87 6.2-liter V8 with 420 horsepower and 460 lb-ft. of torque was previously only available in the top-tier 2019 Silverado and LTZ and High Country trim levels, Chevrolet recently announced that for 2020, the engine option will also be available in the Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss, LT Trail Boss and RST trims, and will be standard equipment in the Silverado 1500 Z71 4x4. As if that wasn't enough, buried in a press release touting the features of the all-new 2020 SIlverado 1500 was the very big news that Chevy will be offering 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500s equipped with the big L87 V8 and even MORE horsepower and torque, announcing the development of a 6.2-Liter Performance Upgrade Package that boosts the already stratospheric horsepower numbers by 15 horsepower and nine foot-pounds of torque, to 435 hp/469 lb-ft. According to the press release, the Performance Upgrade Package will consist of a high performance air intake and cat-back performance exhaust, adding horsepower through free breathing. By all appearances, the gains are identical to those achieved by the $1,645 cat-back exhaust system and the $625 cold-air intake sold through GM's Chevrolet Accessories Catalog for the 2019 Chevy Silverado. -
Stayed with 18's and factory Duratrac's for now. If I end up doing BDS lift - I will have to go to 20's - and at that time will add larger tires. also note in these photos I have the RL half inch taller block in rear - in photo with stock wheels it was not in and the front was 0.25" high over back, now reversed.

1500 At4 with Rough Country 2” level measurements
Supercup replied to Casey Nelson's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
Looks great! - all my measurements were to the bottom point, so looks like you are 1/2" - 3/4" higher with your larger 20's. Did you have to do any trimming to fit those tires? -
1500 At4 with Rough Country 2” level measurements
Supercup replied to Casey Nelson's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
Mine was 38" +/- to bottom street to bottom of stock fender flair (mine is painted) in front and 40" rear before. Now 40" front and 41" in rear with Ready Lift SST 2" level kit - their kit comes with new rear blocks that are I thought were 1/2" taller, but it moved the rear up closer to an inch - this is with 275/65/18 Duratraks at factory pressures (per your door).' Below are before photos of before and after " in rear After Check out this video at about 13:14 from ready lift to see top and bottom spacer to on, if not seated just right you could lose a little height. Link: Photo of truck with stock wheels - before the rear block - front was about 1/2" high. Truck now with Weld 9"x18 - 0 offset (stock are 26mm) wheels and rear block in. -
I don't think you can fit the BFG 305's - they will hit UCA - the Toyos might fit @ 11:6" is as wide as you can go and make it work with stock wheels and stock offsets. I have 2019 AT4 - have Ready lift level kit, with their UCA's I have about 3/4" clearance from 275/65/18 Duratrak, which is 11.0" section width on 18MM offset method wheels - stock are 26MM so stock would be about 0.4" closer to the UCA than with my Methods, leaving you 0.35" Now what may be different for you is stock UCA's may not be as close with at Ready Lift replacement UCA - But not much room in there either way. Can you take a photo of your CV Axel angles with level kit in - flat ground - wheel straight - looking to see how it compares to mine with RL level - I attached some photos of mine now for comparison/reference.

ReadyLIFT 4" SST on 2019 Silverado RST
Supercup replied to Rob41's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
I now have Method NV 18" x 9" wheels with 18/5.75" (offset/spacing) - (part number MR30589060518) - so this photo is not with stock 18" wheels - but there is about 3/4" of space left - so that is the room left to play with. Offset at 18MM for my Methods is 8MM less than stock 18's (26mm) - so at 0.7" vs 1.02" stock (positive offset) - that would suggest my Method wheel puts the tire 0.3" further from the the UCA. Looks like stock 18"s are 26MM offset and stock 20's are 28MM offset (not sure about either, but what I found on net). Ready Lift sight shows for kit - you can fit - AT4 - Max tire 305/55-20, 20x9 0 offset wheel- the zero offset should move the tire 1.1" further out from UCA than a stock 20" if my math is right so that would give you less room to play with a stock 20" wheel over a zero offset wheel - if a 305 is 12" across and a 275 is 11 inches across they would have the same clearance to the UCA on a zero offset and stock offste (28MM) 20" wheel. Lot of factors in play - with a stock 20" I tihnk you will be limited to tires that are 275-285 in width (11" section width). If you go on tire rack and look up tire by size you are interested in, they will have a spec option tab you can click on where you can see the diameter, width etc. Here are widths for K02 and Duratrak Goodyear For Example: K02 Duratrak 275/65/20 10.9" 11" 285/65/20 11.5" 11.5" 305/55/20 12.4" 12.4" Since I have about 3/4" of space from my tire to my UCA with 18mm of offset - I could go up from 275 @ 11" Duratrak or K02 to a 285 at 11.5" and still have 1/4" of space to UCA with my Methods - with my stock wheels I would be about 0.30" closer - so about 1/2" of space - so going to 285's would put the tires very close to the UCA's. So all about the offset of the wheel or adding a spacer to move the wheel out, to give more room for a bigger tire. Then you have to shift your focus to overall diameter, to see about rubbing of the larger tire - and what you will havt to trim, if anyting. ReadyLIFT 4" SST on 2019 Silverado RST
Supercup replied to Rob41's topic in Modifications, Wheels & Tires
I have the ready lift SST kit on my 2019 AT4 - worked fine with stock 18" wheels and 275/65/18 Duratrak's - here are photos of truck with stock wheels and clearance on SST UCA with that set up. -
I have 2019 AT4 - I get 13-15 around town and 15-18 on the road - I have 2" level kit up front - cost me about 1 mpg - still have stock 275/65/18 Duratraks - I have never had a tank where I exceeded 18 mpg, but have had 50 mile stretchs of up to 21 mpg. I have 6,500 miles on my truck and have averaged 14.3 mpg since day 1. That is 2 mpg better than my 2014 Raptor got, similar driving cycle. I don't drive for mileage, but if I did I think I could add a couple mpg to my stats.
-
I have a 2019 AT4 with 6.2 - I get 13-15 around town and 15-18 on the road. I have averaged 14.6 mpg since the start (through 6,500 miles). I have 2" level up front (still have stock 275/65/18 Duratrak's) - raising the front further, which probably hurts me on mileage on the road. No question if you are in the gas a lot, mileage will go down quickly. I have never seen a tank over 18 mpg in the 6,500 miles I have on my truck, but have seen it for 50 miles sections here and there on the road. I suspect if I drove for mileage I could add a 2-3 mpg to my stats, but the 6.2 is so fun to jump on, you just have to do it now and then!

Here is AT4 with Ready Lift SST kit - which included UCA and new rear blocks which are about 1/2" taller - without the new blocks it was about 0.25" nose high - now about 0.25" rake to back - not noticible. Concern with level kit is that truck comes from factory with 2" lift - it is commonly known that lifting beyond 2.5" will put the geometry out of spec for cv axel angle - why all good 4" lifts (wihch is what your AT4 will be leveled - (2" factory and 2" +/- to level) have drop brackets for the front diff. Ready Lift on their site notes they "don't recommend use of auto 4wd". So you lose that feature for the above reason - I have used my truck in 4wd high without issue, but you are taking a risk with 4" of lift kit without drop bracked of cv axel and/or front diff damage. So buyer beware! I posted a photo below of the truck on flat ground, so you can get an idea of cv angles with "no" articulation - not ideal. But it does look good! Photo with stock wheels - new blocks were not in - photo with black methods blocks were in. Before level kit After level kit - new rear blocks in CV Axel angles with tire on flat ground Truck with Ready lift level kit - without Ready Lift level blocks in rear - about 0.25" nose high - barely tell

2020 Sierra AT4 vs Denali
Supercup replied to nolabell's topic in 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500
AT4 uses Rancho Momo tubes - not the Rancho twin tube like on the Z/71 - they are a good quality shock and comparable to a Bilstein 5100. There are better shocks for sure - but it is not "garbage". -
2020 Sierra AT4 vs Denali
Supercup replied to nolabell's topic in 2019-2026 Silverado 1500 & Sierra 1500
I have a 2019 AT4 Carbon Pro and am very happy with the truck - 6.2l and 10 speed is awesome set up. Truck has every feature I could ask for except a decent size fuel tank (26 gallons is at least 10 to small). The ride is really good for what it is. can't comment on the ride of denali - but I am sure that suspension is really nice. Overall looks I prefer the AT4 look - I came out of a 2014 Raptor, which I loved - I just could not get on the program with the new Raptor eco boost motor - so went AT4, plus incentives and lease made it far cheaper than new Raptor. Does everything I need and more, very happy with the truck. No bad choice! -

Must be a Trail Boss - AT4 thing - my AT4 at 98 as well (which was done off hwy of course). Guess when they add 2" of lift they drop 10 mph! My 2014 Raptor was limited at 106.
