PG will give you a core credit on them, if you bought full harnesses from him... I upgraded my DL8s to DL3s about 18 mos ago... loved them.. some jack wad broke my passenger, so I’m in the market for a DL3 passenger mirror... @pgamboa, if I bought your full harness upgrade from DL8->DL3, can I upgrade to Tow mirrors from “here”...?

I also have a 2.5" kit by Dynastar (top strut elastomers).. running (new/different) GM Stock 20" wheels (my original 18's were chrome, my 20's are black) and 34" tires.. no rubbing..

swap out was flawless. this part is all that I needed for mine to function perfectly with the existing over head harness.

I just ordered 84391067 for my 2018 Silverado 1500 crew cab.. I'll let y'all know how plug and play it is..

It's probably tied through the computer which would require complete custom programming of your computer. I don't believe there is any upgrade path through GM.

subscribing to this thread for future reference.. I'm OK with some 6" bars instead of just relying on a single 20-30" bar.. I'm looking at Rigid Industry Radiance lights with the LED backlight.. but haven't made any hard and fast decisions yet..

Tagged.. I was thinking about replacing my speakers and adding a small all in one amplifier with a loop harness just this past weekend... I love the factory head unit in my silverado, I really just want to be able to crank the volume when "its time".. I assume if I'm replacing all the speakers in the doors, it's a great time to add dynamat (or other sound deadening material)to the doors (and floorboard)?

it's not cheap, $225 at our dealership. It required dealer install because there is a code that they have to get from GM according to the VIN to program it? (they waited 4-5 hours for GM to get back with them).. I've seen the part number for sale on Ebay for around $130ish if you can get someone to install it.. (maybe the Dealer will install your part for a fee?) my wife handled it for Fathers Day..
