    You can probably use the DIY roll on or spray on bed liner. The heat the pros use would more than likely damage the plastic

    I built a down firing box with an IDQ10. Could easily do 2 of them. 2 full size 10's with some power should sound really good and more than enough for most. My 1 10" hits pretty hard and I only have 400 watts.

    Once you start it isn't too bad. I believe I found a DIY on YouTube that walked me through it.     I had no sound at all. Turned out to be the amp. Took 2 weeks for the dealer to replace it

    I did not take pics unfortunately. Removed a pillar covers, b pillar covers, and all attachments on the top. Then lowered each corner to fit my arm in to install the sound deadener and vibration damper. Pulled it down just enough to fit my arm in.

    I cheated and had a shop do mine. They installed the tweeters in the dash and the 6 3/4 in the doors. 10" down firing sub in a box I built under the back seat.

    I installed Killmat in my Sierra. Nice improvement. While I was installing it I would tap on the panel to listen for a difference before and after. Worth the effort. I did not totally remove the head liner. Lot of extra work to totally take the headliner out of the truck. I lowered it and installed the sound deadener. Worth it to me.

    are the trim pieces pretty easy to pop off and back on?

    to the best of my knowledge, you can't tune a 2019 ECU. You must replace the ECU and then have that one tuned. A regular tune isn't bad at all. I have a 2008 ZO6 with a built 454 and it's tuned. So I totally understand the tune aspect. The newer computer not being able to be tuned is what I am referring to. 2018 and older are no problem

    way too expensive to tune. Replace ECM to tune for minimal gains

    I don't think the Bose amp will work well with aftermarket speakers. Believe Bose speakers are somewhere around 1 ohm. I know I was told aftermarket speakers would not work with my Bose amp. I had Focal Flax 6 1/2" speakers installed with Audio Control DSP6-1200. I built a down firing box with a IDQ10. Drastic improvement

    where would I add a DSP to install an amp for a 10" sub? I have a 10" down firing IDQ sub. Not sure which amp I will go with this time. Would it be the yellow wires used for the GM amp kit?

    I just bought a 2019 GMC Sierra SLT a couple weeks ago. Now that I just hit 1,000 miles my radio sound quit. No sound from: radio, blue oooh, XM, or anything. Very frustrating to have trouble so damn fast with a new vehicle.
