They have a company making wireless dongles for Android auto (AA wireless), not sure about car play though.
I'm also interested in doing wireless charging under my console lid, I found a thread on a different forum that shows his to set it up. I'll likely do it here soon
No,but I'm interested in this as well. My wife's Ford's have always had memory seating and it seems so asinine that a truck this expensive doesn't have it included...granted it didn't come with power visors oand I had to install my own auto dimming mirror, so yeah. They definitely cut corners with these trucks.
Hey all I have a 2019 Silverado that I've had about a month. I've noticed that 2 of the 3 USB ports in the truck stopped working. The 3 USB type c ports all work and the USB in the rear of the cab still works. Has anyone experienced this? I'll call the dealership in the morning and let them know do we can get it fixed, but curious to see if anyone else has had it happen to them. I love my truck but that doesn't bode well with me. I'm with you, those things are way too bright to need to be on while driving. Unless it's at low speed for the woods or something. There was a thread a few weeks ago about it Sent from my GM1917 using Tapatalk
My truck updated yesterday, was prompted to install when parking the truck. Definitely quicker and connects faster than previously (although the only issue I had before was bluetooth lag on startup).
Installed an Undercover Ultraflex tonneau cover last week. It's pretty slick, really please with it. Had to adjust the tension a tad for the tailgate to continue to come down remotely, but haven't had an issue with leaks like that besides a few drops in the downpours we had a few days ago. No problem man, good luck. The scariest part for me was prying the console off. I was worried I was going to break it, but it's just the two metal clips that are holding it in place, you won't break them.
Yes. They're the two L shaped pieces the are on the front of the console. I just used a small flat-head screwdriver and popped a side up then put my finger under and finished pulling them off. They don't take much force to remove.
I attached a picture indicating the pieces
There's two plastic pieces that cover 4 bolts (2 T10 and 2 T15). Then it's just pulling down on the console to pop out the metal retaining clips that hold it in place. Easy Peasy
Just finished this this morning and thanks everyone before that posted tips. I had a hard time getting one of the t15 screws out, but after that it was easy. Thankfully I didn't have too much glue on my plug. Sent from my GM1917 using Tapatalk
Are those plastic or felt like the factory ones? I just ordered the factory ones for my truck, but wish they weren't felt. Sent from my GM1917 using Tapatalk
