  1. I got the notice, but haven't taken my truck in yet. The notice says there is currently no fix. Pretty sorry for GM not to properly address this.
  2. What radio models is this available for? I have a 2020 lt all-star, and have not gotten an email or notice for this.
  3. Mine was repaired at the dealership with sealant a couple years ago. I am not digging up the old thread I posted to before. Mine hasn't started leaking again yet. I would definitely be interested in a class action lawsuit though in the event it does.
  4. The paint on my truck is consistently thin. Damned thing scratches very easily. I have no way to measure the thickness. No fading on mine though. Mine is shadow gray, love the color, but hate how easily it scratches.
  5. Have had some weird glitchy behavior, but have not had that happen.
  6. That sucks, but could have been a lot worse. Couple months back had a box truck hit my driver side mirror, was lucky to only have damage to the mirror.
  7. Yes. Half the time mine don't work though. When they do work, it is nice to be able to see the pressures and temp.
  8. Definitely need to inspect the area around the belt to find out how it got cut. Not likely covered under warranty, unless there was some other issue that caused it. If the water pump pulley bearings froze up, it would cause a belt to rip. In that case, if you are still under bumper to bumper it should be covered.
  9. I would guess it is a multiswitch. I have replaced them in other vehicles that the same thing happened. This should be the part number 45369DY.
  10. Goodyear's suck. Lucky you got that many miles out of them. I took the factory Michelin's off of mine at about 12,000 miles, they slipped too easy especially on wet grass. Went with pirelli scorpion at's special ordered from Sam's. Been pretty impressed with them so far. I was going to go with a nexen tire, but couldn't get the ones I wanted in my tire size.
  11. The replies seem to be in the same form regardless of the issue, almost like a bot.
  12. It was the myChevy online account that was causing that issue for me. I do not subscribe to OnStar at all, never have. I had the message coming up and had to reset the password online at the mychevy site associated with my account. Once I reset that password, entered it in the truck and all was good.
  13. I regularly see them now, usually at least one every day. That said, I rarely see them in parking lots anywhere.
  14. The gain is in use when you use the manual slide switch on the controller, that is how you adjust and set it. You have to adjust the gain up until you get the brakes to where they will stop your truck without pressing the brakes. Find a good straight road that you can roll about 25 mph and adjust the gain using your switch.
  15. Has anyone here done a diy install of the intellihaul system? If so, how easy or how complicated is the install.
  16. Congrats on the upgrade. Love the comfort of my 2020, too bad they didn't have the wide screens in them when I bought mine.
  17. Surprised they are replacing the glass. I just had my truck in for a leak above the rear window on both sides this past Monday. They removed the spoiler, replaced the bolts, caulked it and reinstalled the spoiler. Have to wait 24 after the repair to get it wet. I washed my truck yesterday and no more leaking, but did notice that they had caulk residue around the window in a few places and a few very light scratches.
  18. Supposedly the wrong pads were installed at the factory. But, even after they replaced mine the squealing came back. It is not the wear indicators causing the squealing. To the op, I don't know if these brake pistons are like some other newer model Chevys I have done brakes on, but they may require a wind back type tool to press the pistons in. I bought a sunex set for my Impala and am sure it will work for the truck.
  19. My truck is still under bumper to bumper, dealer tried twice to fix the brake squeal issue following the bulletin and replacing pads. They still squeal. The truck is a 2020 and only has a little over 20k miles on it, I plan to change mine eventually, they squeal but I just turn my music up.
  20. Definitely a glitch. I configured a truck about identical to mine a little over a week ago and it let me add the Z71 package just fine.
  21. Had open heart surgery in 2021 and a lung surgery(thoracotomy) in 2003, but I crapped in the box last year instead of doing the colonoscopy. Thankfully it came back clear. I have a cheap teslong borescope, it works ok for inspecting barrels, hadn't really thought about using it in a manifold, but sure it would work.
  22. That stinks. With the way the paint is on these trucks, I would had to have washed it right away.
  23. This, and press the issue. We have an 08 Durango with a lifetime powertrain warranty. It spewed fuel like your truck is doing. There was later a recall on it. The dealer performed the recall, problem solved right.... Hardly, the quarter panel later on developed rust under the filler spout where gas had run down the inside on the metal. Dodge/Chrysler refused to take care the rust issue despite there being thousands of complaints. Good luck.
