    normal. they come from the factory riding on them. they are called jounce bumpers. they are a part of the suspension design, supposedly to soften bumps

    i bought a Ford 2 states away, about 600 miles. I just drove it. I varied the throttle and never held it at a constant speed for any length of time. It was fine

    i thought i found my clicking noise when cold. the upper shaft has a gear looking thing with a small amount of grease on it. it seemed to be where the noise was coming from. I added some grease to the gear. it seemed like the click, click was gone. However, this morning when the truck was cold, the click click was back. after about 2 lock to lock turns of the wheel, the click goes away ??

    looks great! where are you taking your measurements from? ground to bottom of fenders?

    how much did your front end up going up? my truck too had 1.75" of rake, I currently have 2" blocks out back. I am sitting with 1" rake now. I am up about 2.5" up front. My kit is a 3" kit, but I did not want to crank it too much. I am debating 37s, they look so good!

    go with the 20x9 to help minimize your trimming. with a 0 offset, you probably will need trim slightly

    those are the power boards for the 1500s. they are completely different and not even comparable to the new ones on the HD trucks

    these: https://cognitomotorsports.com/i-30499664-cognito-standard-upper-control-arm-kit-gm.html#!submodel%3DTRUCK||model%3D2500||make%3DGM||year%3D2020 they have a more pronounced bend in the leading arm allowing for much more droop/down travel. the boxed arms (same as Kryptonite) are more straight. The Cognito instructions call for cutting the service perch/frame bumpstop down. I did not want to do that.

    i know there is an update for the black infotainment screen. there also seems to be a bad batch of batteries in these trucks prompting some the issues you describe hopefully that is all you need.

    you should probably have them cancel the deal on that truck and get into another one. i would be pissed and have a bad taste in my mouth about that one

    have them recalibrate the steering sensor. that may help. what is the vibration? the alignment needs to be redone. possibly a tire issue. my truck is smooth, does not pull, vibrate, or wander. This is even after a leveling kit

    I highly doubt the 37s on stock wheels will clear the control arms. my 275s on stock wheels are about 1/4" from the edge of the cognito ball joint pocket. any wider tire on stock wheels would rub. let us know how it works out. post pics ??

    lots of people. take a look over at FB I was going to go with this kit, but I could not get it. No arms in stock. about 6 weeks out. I live about 40 miles from them and was wanting to go pick it up. I ended up going with the Cognito kit with the new high clearance tubular control arms. No cutting of bumpstops and tons of clearance

    where do they just barely clear? I am looking at this size (BFG, slightly smaller than yours) to run on a +18 offset wheel. wondering if they will clear. thanks

    i know. I gave up for now. I will wait a bit. pretty frustrating. I think my wheel choice will depend on having painted flares or not

    these trucks come with a 34" tall tire, at least mine did. I would not go down in size. guys are fitting 35s stock no problem

    for the first time yesterday, my column had a tick, tick, tick rattle noise from it while turning the wheel in both directions. this was first thing in the morning, about 35* over night. this was just pulling out of my driveway. so basically turning almost lock to lock. by the time i was 20 feet down the road, the tick was gone. it did not come back the rest of the day. thoughts?
