  1. I initially used resisters, for some reason the top lights wouldn’t be on when the tails were on. That was just as annoying as the hyperflash. I did resisters on all 4 tail light bulbs. Maybe should have just done 2? I’m now on my 3rd update of lasfit lights. This last set did perfect for just over a month and now continue to intermittently hyperflash. . Lasfit is supposed to continue to update and replace as they come up w new bulb.
  2. I realize this is an older thread… I just put Lasfit LEDs n the tails, reverse, side markers and license plate lights. Within a a couple days the turn signals started hyperflashing intermittently. Inconsistent. May stop doing it if I turn blinker off and turn it back on, may not. Anyone else have this issue? Lasfit refunded my money and are very easy to work with. Just wish these LEDs worked properly. 2019 Silverado LT
  3. I have the IOB 7” screen in my 2019 2500 w/t. I’m wanting to upgrade the instrument cluster and the radio to the 8”. Already have the upgraded steering wheel (no heat) installed with only cruise buttons working.I have the upgraded cluster as well. Is this possible at all?
  4. Stupid question, I’m sure, but is this something the dealership would repair outside of the warranty?
  5. I suppose there’s listed somewhere in this thread the parts needed to fix this. I fell asleep reading threads last night and only made it to page 15. Lol
  6. I have 19 model w 102k miles on it. Been doing the rattle for a while in 2nd. Definitely waaay out of warranty. Lol. What’s the stub shaft repair involve? Is it something I can do on my own? I have some mechanical sense.
  7. I have one from rough country for sale if you’re interested. It’s the inline type. Has worked well for me. Ended up w 2 of them.
  8. Thank you... I had seen that. Was hoping to jot spend $200 on hangers. Scoping out some local salvage yards to see if I can find a deal. ? Here’s my current, temporary fix until then....
  9. Anyone know where I can buy the final rear exhaust hangers for oem dual exhaust? Would like to find a used pair.... my local dealership couldn’t help me Bc they said they don’t upgrade single to dual exhaust.
  10. Don’t know if this helps but I was able to run 35x12.5x18 toyo mts on my non trail boss w a 2.5 level kit. Had to do some major trimming of the fender liner and remove the bolted on frame caps. Also had 2” wheel spacers.
  11. I had the same issue. They tried to tell me it’s supposed to be that way. I had to plead w them to try and flash it again and lo and behold the indicator works now. From what I understand there’s more than one way to do it, the old way and the new way (whatever that means). Keep in them. The indicator should work when the fogs are on. ?
  12. Truck looks sweet!!! I’m sure those flares will do well w the updated rubber piece. Have a nice trip!!
  13. Finally got the Black Pearl how I like her... Took a while to install but well worth it. The kit does fit the double cab regardless of what RCX says on instruction book and on the phone ?. Also, did not have to take apart the strut at all, contrary to the instruction manual again. Spoke directly to RCX about a missing preload spacer that is supposed install into the strut. This has been discontinued for the Silverado. One more thing.... I’m running 35x12.5x18 wheels w 2” spacers and absolutely no rubbing on any of the lift components. Love the lift!!!

  14. Good deal... I’m putting the rcx 6” lift on it tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be able to get around to swapping the seal out on the flares this weekend
  15. Update regarding the wind flap.... couple weeks ago I was whining to the guys at rcx about it and they finally told me they would send me another install kit and that I should remove the flares, remove the rubber seal and install the new rubber piece. Well I was kind of a smartalec and basically said I’m pretty sure I installed it right the first time and that I don’t understand the physics of how that will make a difference just by changing the rubber piece and reinstalling the clips. Well..... turns out they changed the rubber piece. It now has 3m tape to attach the seal to the flare and another strip of 3m tape to attach the flare to the whole fender. That should solve the flapping problem for sure. Just wish the dude would have told me they changed it up so I wouldn’t have been such a punk. Lol. Anyway I’ll keep you posted as to the difference it makes. Htown T1, I hope yours have the double sided tape.
  16. Those look good bud! My pic posted above was of the non painted flares. Rcx sent me another set bc of the wind flap. Had those painted and then they started flapping. ?. Somehow the rear clips came off on passenger side and that flare ended up cracking... not having a good run w these so far. They do look good tho. Still waiting for some further resolution w the peeps at Rcx. I actually drilled holes and used some screws on the back flares to keep them in place. Would do that to the fronts but there’s no place to screw into at where the flares flap. Anyway..... hope yours work out better than mine. Lol
  17. Anyone else get the Rcx fender flares and have wind flap from the front flares?
  18. Wait... u didn’t necessarily want chrome, but color matched.
  19. Are they difficult to remove? Mine has the chrome and I want black. We could have swapped. Lol
  20. Are these still for sale?
  21. Cool. Same situation here. They tried to tell me I didn’t install it right and wanted to charge me after they did the flash to further diagnose the problem. At first they told me that’s the way it’s supposed to function. I was like “No...”. ?
  22. Does the fog light indicator light up when your fogs are on?
  23. I installed my own then had them flashed w the authorization code. Only problem I have is that the indicator light doesn’t come on w the fogs. I’m assuming it’s bc I did not do the jumper wire from under the dash to the outside fuse box. Anyone else have this problem. Lights work like they’re supposed to.
  24. I actually just installed a 2.5 RC in the front, no block in the rear. 18" XD Bully's w 35" nittos. Had to use 1/4" spacer to clear the front calipers. Then had to do some minor trimming to the interior wheel wells. Hasn't rubbed yet.
