  1. I just wish somone would try it and see! hahaha I would like to see a conversion to a reg cab truck from a 5.3 to a 6.2. Build your own sport truck and show GM how it is done!
  2. I had the leather installed when I bought the truck. Not sure though that if I had to do it again I would not have bought the factory leather pieces. After only 3 years this Katskin leather is showing age already. I think the factory leather may be a little tougher.
  3. Leather package is called Cuda Combo, mix of perforafted and a carbon fiber type look like the All Terrain trucks.
  4. Katskin "Cuda Combo" Need to level front and am thinking of Toyo at 285-55-20 tires
  5. Those terminal ends look like the same ones Harley Davidson uses!
  6. Oh I can imagine. It is amazing what you guys are doing! Good Luck!
  7. Have you guys ever thought of having someone make you a dashtop cowl useing a 3D printer or some type of computor generated cowl out of plastic, then covering with leather, etc. When they can take a lump of aluminum and make it into a wheel anything should be possible! Just thinking out load her but, when you see the stuff that is made by the Foose, Kindig type of guys on there shows the technology should be there if you could acess it. Just wondering???????
  8. All I can say is holy cow. This makes swapping a console or re-wiring tow mirrors look like childs play! I love the HUD in my C6, and had one once in a Gran Prix. Until you have driven with one you do not know how great they are. Especially when driving on strange roads, freeways or in cities you have never been in before. All I can say is I will continue to follow this and Good Luck!
  9. Here they are. This picture does not do them justice, almost to nice to put on truck! haha Narrowed down to hood or top of fender where the chrome z71/4x4 logos are. Since they are not there on a HC I thought that would be a good place. But looks very sporty on the hood. Any opinions?
  10. My two summer time rides!
  11. Well I am thinking of getting two so one on each side of hood, upper front fender or by High Country on Doors. Not totally sure yet!
  12. Thanks Ryan, Any or all of you are welcome to jump in and order one as well. Will see what Rodger comes up with but I am sure it will be top notch. He did a LS7 badge for me a few years ago for my Corvette.
  13. I am currently emailing with Roger at Emblem Pros to design a L9H engine badge. I am thinking of something like the attached.............only of course it will say "L9H" http://fn.b5z.net/i/u/10012033/i/ec/L86_ZR1__1_.JPG
  14. Love your truck. Like the High Country grill you added!
  15. leaving Arizona to come back to Alberta this past March. Two Hogs on-board!
  16. Main thing I don't like about GM tonneau is that it goes right to edge of box covering stake holes! As you can see on my truck I need them for rails!
  17. Over the past week I clay barred both trucks. This never cesses to amaze me what it does for the feel of the paint. Followed up by wax on both!
  18. I agree. If they want me to advertise for them they can give me a cap or a jacket!!!
  19. All of you thinking Cat Back, I would agree that is the way to go. Have done cat back's several times. They are an easy project and not to expensive! An they make a big difference in power and sound! IMO!
  20. I don't have a whistle but I have a chirp or squik from what sounds like under the truck! Am working on my second can of silicone spray trying to figure the damn thing out!
  21. On other trucks I have seen this problem on it is the windshield leaking.
  22. Be glad you are not in Canada. These new trucks that are loaded have a $60,000 msrp! High Country/ Denelli trucks are even more! Yeah we don't pay msrp but they are still higher priced than USA!
  23. I have had only one truck this dark grey color (in those years it was called Storm Grey Metallic) and it was more wok. I really like the charcoal color and have had about three trucks that color but it was the lighter Greystone Metallic. They were very easy to look after!
