  1. My 2019 HC has illuminated vanity mirrors also but I'm so ugly they will never be used.
  2. This mod keeps the fogs on anytime the park lamps and/or headlamps(hi and lo beam) are on. If you just want to keep them on with hi beams connect a diode from pin 18 (bn/vt) to 10 (bn/white). Setup this way you will have to initially turn the fogs on manually to activate with lo beams.
  3. If your brights are on and you pass a LEO you deserve a ticket. I've helped numerous LEO's with this mod dating back to 2010. As a matter of fact all ALEA Tahoes have this mod.
  4. No diode needed for the 2019. Using a diode on the older trucks (2018 and down) was an option. I never used them.
  5. Brown connector on BCM - Jumper pin 10 Brn/wht to pin 22 Blue. Fogs will come on with park/head lamps now. No need for diode.
  6. drucker, which front level kit did you use? 1.5 inch?
  7. Just use some 3/16 rod stock from Lowe's to extend Magneride sensor link. It will look factory and you will not have to deal with those cheesey brackets. Cost less than $3
  8. Lower spacer, machined out of aircraft aluminum in an american owned/operated machine shop in Georgia. Bolts/nuts/washers were manufactured in america also. My total of $28 included everything need fo level 2017 Denali, this is my 4th Denali since 2015, all have been done this way and all had mag ride. The Denali I gave my Dad has 67,000 miles on it now, with no issues and it was leveled this way at 22 miles. I don't buy items for name or status, just for function. A little research and know how goes a long way and can save many $$$$. That is why I was able to retire at 49.
  9. You can buy a 2 1/2 level kit off of eBay for $25. Go to Lowes and buy a length of 3/16 steel rod. Cut 2 pieces 5 inches long, remove mag ride level sensor rod, it snaps right off. Pull end caps off and place on new rod, reinstall. I did this on my 2015 back in October 2014, works great. I just did it again on my new 2017. Don't waste $$$on a special kit with cheesy brackets. $28 for complete kit.
  10. 2016/2017's trans having issues also, mostly delayed engagement and shudder. GM customer service is the worst I have ever witnessed. Probably why Mary Barra still drives a MB SL550.
  11. ourdeals rock still has the plug and play boards for $1050 w free shipping. Also pretty easy to find 10% discount code. I have purchased 3 sets.
  12. They will clear, my dads truck has the GM guards.
  13. That is why I went ahead and bought my Dad a set. I got a different coupon code AFTER my 1st order, but saved 10% on Dad's boards. Closer to black friday the price will probably be around that also for those that want to wait. They have excellent customer service!
  14. I liked my AMPs so much I ordered my Dad a set. They came in today so I installed them without him knowing. He got quite a surprise when he opened the door. Second set I've done and only took an hour this time. I didn't drill hole in floor for the 2 wires, I just punched a small hole with an ice pick in the grommet that was already there. Then sealed with a small dab of silicone. Another tip is do the wiring first, then you only have to get under each side once. Lay all the bolts and arms out where they go before hand. Clean underside where LED's mount with alcohol after wiring is done but dont mount LED until it is connected and heat shrink is complete. Honestly, if you do it this way you can do it in an hour pretty easy. Plug and play is the only way to go.
  15. My Denali has the magneride so I went to Lowes and purchased a 3/16 x 3ft aluminum rod. Cut it to the length I needed for both front ride sensors, pulled the ends off original linkage(press fit), pressed them on the new rod and installed back on truck. No stacking of washers or make shift brackets and it only cost $2. It looks 100% stock after I painted it black. I installed a 2.5 level kit, the rod only had to be extended 5/8 of an inch.
  16. ourdealsrock.net http://ourdealsrock.net/series-201497-amp-research-powerstep-running-board-with-plug-and-play.html#!year%3D2015%7C%7Cmake%3DGMC%7C%7Cmodel%3DSIERRA%201500%7C%7Csubmodel%3DDENALI%7C%7Cbrand%3DAMP%20Research
  17. I ordered the plug and play AMP boards Thursday for $1050 shipped to my house. They arrived today, my son and I put them on and they are awesome. How did I live without these before?. Installation was easy with the plug and play setup. I installed driver side and controller/harness, my Son (11 y/o) installed passenger side himself. 2 hours and we were done. I recommend these over sliding in and out, as my 5 ft. tall wife has done for over 30 years on all of my trucks.
  18. I could move the seat back and forth and it would work intermittently. 90% of the problems with the driver alert system is the motor wiring harness. It was a good guess, but the seat comes out and apart in 5-10 minutes and the cover comes up on the sides enough to get the motors out, so no loss if I was wrong. If it's the left side motor, you can do it with the seat in place if you are careful.
  19. The service driver assist warning came on. Pulled driver seat, removed seat cover, found broken wires to left side motor. Replaced wires (on both motors) with heavier gauge and put in in plastic wire loom to protect. All in all about a 30 minute job and I know its repaired correctly since I did it. Works like a charm now.
  20. Dealer can do it. I've had mine changed twice.
  21. Jake did you ever buy a camper? I am looking at the Palomino ss550
  22. I just took the chrome edging/strips off one of my SLT remotes and put in on my dads basic remote. 10 second job, they snapped right on.
  23. How is the tire noise compared to stock?????
