Dual Temp Malfunction

My 2004 Suburban 1500 has dual temp controls. The passenger side gets vent, AC or heat air temperatures through the feet or face vents. Driver's side only get the vent air or AC. This is a real problem at night when its really cold outside. AT first the rear system would produce hat air but now even the rear air system will not give heated air. only outside vent cold or AC. I have tools and the will...now I need the way! Any help here gents? Also, the "1" speed on the fan stopped working. 2, 3, 4 & 5 still work.

Do a search for "Blend Door" you will find plenty of info, very common problem on the 800's
