Pass. Side Actuator Part Number

Hi all,

 

2004 2500HD 6.0 2wd Auto with Manual Dual AC controls.

 

The passenger side has been blowing hot air for over 1 year now. I was able to access the actuator (under the dash, behind the airbag switch) last summer, and also the following winter to get it to stay where I wanted it. I did a "fuse pull" reset, and turning off the key when the passenger actuator door was in the right position. I then turned off the key, and pulled the connector from the actuator. I reset the system again, and though I had no control on the passenger side, I did have heat in the winter and AC in the summer. Attempting the same "fix" this year, I can hear the actuator motor running, but the door doesn't appear to be moving, and I believe that the gears are now gone.

 

Everything else works as it should, the drivers side temp control is fine, the vent to defrost to floor, etc. selector is fine, the blower is fine.

 

I have found this actuator at GMPartsDirect, GM PART # 89018365 for $138.00

Big difference in price, and I want to be sure that I get the right one. I have read all the threads here regarding this problem, but I haven't seen the correct part number listed for my truck.

 

Anyway, my question is: Can anybody tell me the part number for that actuator?
