Escalade Ext Roof Rack

Hey guys. I've been searching and scouring the internet for any pictures of a Sierra crew cab with an Escalade EXT roof rack installed (Silverado pics would work too). I really want to get a roof rack for my truck and in my opinion, nothing beats the look of that factory rack.

If anyone has any pics - or better yet, knows where I can pick one up for a reasonable price (dealer in my area wants almost $1200 installed!) - it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers,

Since no one can find a picture online, if I get time this weekend I will take one side of my dad's roof rack off his EXT and just place it on my roof to see how it looks.

I'd like to see that - sounds like a lot of work though. I finally found some pictures of an EXT roof rack on a white 2008 Sierra Denali over at cardomain (here's the link: http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2941857). Ironically motorsportz - you get to see pretty much exactly how it would look on your truck - seeing as your trucks are almost the exact same color. I think it's a really good look. Now it's just a matter of finding one for a reasonable price!

Nice! I've actually seen that truck before on cardomain but I guess that was before a few of his recent mods...thanks for the link! I'm gonna keep my eyes open for set of those.

I think that looks great on your Avalanche - nice work! I kinda knew it would look good on an Avalanche though, seeing as the body style is very close to that of an Escalade EXT. Just wasn't sure how good it would look on a regular crew crab. Although the pictures of the white Sierra Denali on cardomain do look really good (at least I think so).

I can't find any on Ebay and the cheapest I can find, would involve me travelling to Detroit - $1000 USD installed. I'm not willing to pay that just yet.

Yup, I was in the same boat as you are. I wouldn't pay $1000+ for one either. Just keep checking ebay and CL. They turn up from time to time. I got real lucky.... The price was great and the end caps were already the right color!

You did luck out then - finding one that already had colour-matched caps! Like I said before, it looks great on your truck. Yeah, I'm just going to keep cheking ebay and my local internet classifieds. And thanks for the links - I'll use those as well!
