2003 Siverado Won't Start

My 2003 Chevy Silverado 2500HD diesel won't start.I thought it was the battery so I brought it to Auto zone and they gave me a new one, but the truck still wouldn't turn on. So I brought my secondary battery to get it checked and they said it was ok. Some info-

Before any of this I tried to drive my truck, it went 10 meters then stopped,thats when i went to check the batteries.

First off, a failing battery won't cause vehicle to stop (assuming charging system is OK).

Any CEL codes?

Actually yes your vehicle can stop running if your battery is bad. Start your truck, then remove the battery cables from the battery. See just how long it will stay running

Did just that two days ago diagnosing alternator for a young friend. Started vehicle, had them turn on blower motor high, wipers on, lights on, everything that draws current on. Disconnected battery. Vehicle ran indefinitely.

I hope you only pulled the + cable. pulling the - and running without a ground is bad idea.
