2003 Gmc Sonoma Ecm1 Fuse

i have an 03 gmc sonoma 2wd, 2.2L, 5 sp.

truck started running bad while driving. shut it off and it wont start now.

ECM1 fuse is blown which controls multiple items.

thought it was the fuel pump at first so i changed that already(dumb!)

read a couple sites said it might be the ECU if the fuse doesnt blow when its unpluged

so i swapped that out with a used one and i still have the same issue.

i tried tracing wires but its a mess.

O2 sensor code and small EVAP leak code is on but those are both also controlled with the ECM fuse!

 

someone please help me out i have no clue what im looking at....
