n-fab or rhino II's with factory mud flaps?

I still am not sure if either the n-fab or rhino II nerf bars fit with the stock mud flaps in place? I'm looking for cab length bars for my 2013 1500 crew cab, short bed. Does anyone know if these fit?

I have a set of Rhino II's with gm molded splash guards on my crew 2500hd. The bars do touch the guards on the front, but not enough to make a difference. I'm not sure what stock mud flaps are in your area, around here it's usually just the flat guards with the dealer advertising on them and they normally only put them on the rear. If they are the flat ones, you will have no issues.
