Hello all. Has anyone had any luck with the after market reverse cameras that mount as a part of the tailgate handle? Pros and Cons?

 

Also, I have a 2014 Silverado without the touchscreen interface. Just the standard model. All of the installation instructions I've seen with these cameras has the bigger display. Does anyone know if they will work correctly with the non-touchscreen radio interface?
