Need advice on wheels and lowering

My name is JR and I have a 2013 Sierra Crew Cab Z71. It appears to be stock. I want to bring down the rear just a little for the level but keep reading conflicting opinions about how removing the blocks will cause noises and axle issues?? Also bought the CK375 22 inch wheels. Was going to put the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 285/50/22 on them. Also after I drop it in the rear for the level can I still use the Ride Rite system? I tow a cargo trailer often along with a jet ski trailer. I really couldn't find any info on how the ride would be with the CK375 24 inch wheels and the Nitto 305/35/24 tires? Anyone I have seen with a setup that close hasn't replied to any of my messages. Been trying to figure out exactly what I am going to do for a couple of weeks now. Any info or help would definitely be appreciated!
